I confess that after my knee surgery on May 9th of this year I REALLY slacked on going to the gym or doing physical therapy, because I had no-one to go to the gym with and I hate going alone!! I even upgraded my membership so one of my sisters could go with me, but they're too busy after work...so I'm going to start out slow and start walking around the neighborhood first before I head back to the gym...at least that's my plan for today! Wish me luck!!!1

I confess that I am going away next week and I am eating everything I want for 2 weeks..and not tracking. I will surely gain back everything I lost but I don't care
