    45 min Strength - Leg day (heavy) Killed it!!
    30 min Treadmill 3.5 speed
    30 min walking the dog :)

    Today's total: 125 min + 9 hr 14 min
    = 11 hrs 19 min

    Lots of walking for work the last couple days- so my goal is met but I always feel better if I do yoga in the eve too so that's the goal for tonight.
