Late night snacking is definitely my down fall. This challenge is just what I need. Here is my start for October:

I was SO hungry last night, ate my allotted calories in Pizza and was still hungry. Luckily I fell asleep before giving in.

Just found this challenge I'm starting from now, because I really really want to find something to snack on right now!!
I'm going to make my cut off 9pm as I usually go bed at 12.

@jalosingit1 I think you can define LNS however makes sense to you. If it's black coffee I can't imagine it would count as a snack. If there were calories, it's up to you.1 -

I wanted chocolate, then looked at the clock, 7.45pm, no snacking for me then. Just stopped myself!! Amazing.
Now I need some of that determination/self control in the afternoon when I want to snack3 -
