Was just going to post if anyone else had a problem with this when I noticed ur post. I lost one and a half stones at SW by cutting my LNS but then if I get worried or anxious about anything I will LNS its like I fall asleep and wake up and become someone else I will eat stuff \I wouldnt dream of eating durning the day4

Just saw this so I'll start from 2 days ago when I started tracking again to try to curb my mindless snacking...

Sigh! Couple of snacks and I'm 850 cal over my goal. Ah well, tomorrow's another day.4 -

I did eat popcorn after dinner last night but came in more than 300 kCal under anyway. And I ate the popcorn with full awareness of this, and not like a mindless drone.3 -

Hello All! This is my first time engaging with this community. I'm not sure what to expect from this experience, but I could definitely use some support. My worst habit is snacking after dinner so this challenge is perfect for me. Thank you for this idea!4

Anyway, no snacking after dinner last night. I have a new after-dinner routine so I don't even think about food until it's almost time to go to bed. It seems to be working.

Seems like a wonderful idea right now... I usually don't have a problem with LNS, but whenever I need to fully concentrate on studying (as is the case atm) I just find myself lacking the additional discipline necessary not to waddle into the kitchen and check out the fridge – especially when I get tired and/or bored. *sigh*
So... I guess I'll treat all eating between 9pm and 6am as LNS. (Exception: If I return home later than that, then one hour after my arrival is the new beginning of the no-eating hours. :P)

@krea4 I assumed "Woo" was a congratulations. After seeing your post, I read about it here on MFP and it is a negative term. I wish it were on the left instead of the right because it looks like it is one level higher than awesome on a scale. Thanks for sharing. I will stay away from it too.0
