    2-Oct 61 minutes of high tempo circuit training
    3-Oct 68 minutes of running and walking intervals
    4-Oct 54 minutes of walking @ a very brisk pace
    5-Oct 57 minutes of running intervals and 65 minutes of walking
    6-Oct NONE

    I'm a bit late, but this sounds fun :) My goal is 40 hours :smile:
    This is what I have so far:
    2/10 - 30 min biking, 55 min box training, 2 h volleyball training
    3/10 - 30 min biking, 55 Step class, 30 min walking
    4/10 - 30 min biking, 30 min walking, 2 h volleyball training
    5/10 - 30 min biking, 15 min elliptical, 55 step class
    6/10 - 30 min biking
    7/10 - 30 min biking, 60 min volleyball
    8/10 - 55 min yoga
    Total for October - around 13 hours

    08/10/17: 30 min dance practice, 1.5 hours walking
    07/10/17: 1.5 hours walking
