I just had to eat less to lose the weight. It took me 10 months to lose 43 lbs so about a pound per week. I also hiked and walked for activity. I reached my goal weight but had no muscle tone, after I started trail running 3 years ago my body really started to take on a better muscle/fat ratio and I feel like I look much better now even though I've maintained my same goal weight. My passion is trail running and I'm lucky that it burns enough calories to allow me to eat more! I'm hypothyroid and have pcos so if I eat too much or lower my activity level, my weight tends to balloon up very quickly so I have to watch myself and stay active. Until just 4 years ago, all my life I'd been sedentary... if I could do this anyone can!35 -
Starting weight unknown but I'd say around 90kg I'm now about 63kg. Loving the gym and lifting weights!27

Ok. Much smaller victory here but I'm down 10 pounds and am thrilled so far! Ignore the 64 days.... it took longer than that for me to lose the 10 pounds but I happen to be on a good login streak! (It took more like 90 days.)21

Work it!51 -
I started May 8th, 2017... I didn't take a 'starting' pic, but every month when I'm tired of exercising or craving hot wings and pizza and beer and cheese cake... I look at my progress to keep me going!!!
