Butternut squash pesto tarte: butternut squash puree, roasted butternut squash and onions, walnut sage pesto,
pecorino cheese, toasted walnuts and white balsamic pear salad on an unbelievably flaky pastry. Leftover marshmallows on peanut butter cinnamon raisin bread. Spinach swiss quiche from Starbucks.

all your meals look so appetizing, mine are pretty plain, but I like them1 -
I liked them This is the recipe https://thebigmansworld.com/2017/02/25/5-ingredient-chocolate-chip-protein-muffins-low-carb-vegan-paleo/
I used crunchy peanut butter instead of almond butter because it's what I had on hand. I think they'd be better with smooth peanut butter next time.

SO true...it's frustrating to find so many recipe sites/books, etc., that do not include the breakdowns. I appreciate your homemade items. They (the resulting food item) always seem to be simple, full of healthful ingredients that won't break the daily 'calorie bank'.0 -

I’m gonna call it a protein bomb. It’s 93/7 lean ground turkey with whole grain brown rice and quinoa, okra, broccoli, and two eggs topped with my favorite, Valentina hot sauce. Seasoned with pepper to taste.

That actually looks really yummy. I think it would be good with fried eggs on top instead of scrambled in too!1 -
Not really a meal, but I made these panna cotta eyeballs for a Halloween event at work today.2 -
