10/30 - 188.8 - I had a really bad eating day yesterday; got into the halloween candy, which led to the entire day of binging. So really hoping this weight goes down if I get right back on track.
10/31 =- 190.0 I was afraid this would happen, as I was into the Halloween candy. GOing to get rid of all of it tonite. My goal is to be at 187 and stay there for the end of this round

10/31 - 160.1 Happy Halloween!! Been an off track last few days, but back at it. NSV: Wearing a size small today!! Just a sweater jacket, but small. Only size they had left super cute so I tried it on and it fit ok.

I did really well for the first 7 days last round. But then my husband and I went on a 3 night vacation to Orlando and did not eat well... So I gained back 5lbs. It's crazy how quick that happens. I wish it was as easy to lose as it is to gain... But I have no excuse this round! I'm going to give it all I've got!

10/30 - 217.3lbs - Thanks to eating poorly over the last few days. Today I have been 100% back on it so hopefully tomorrow will reflect that!
10/31 - 215.00lbs - Woo! I was on it yesterday! Plus, I went to the gym. Which I don't take the time to do very often. I'm trying to get better about that and build my strength up with weight training. Slowly but surely! Trying to be on it again today, so hopefully I can keep dropping the lbs I gained while on my vacation!

I started in R: 14@226; current weight 217.1 for a total of 8.9 lbs. lost! These are my daily guidelines for the next 10 days. If it works out, I may keep them or tweek them until they do work!
1.no sodas
2.no bread
3.no unplanned eating out
4.drink at least 12 glasses water daily
5.eat protein every meal
6.reduce sodium intake
7.get more sleep
I've lost an average of 1.5 lbs. per round over the last 6 rounds! I'm going to see if these guidelines will make a difference in that average!

It's about the daily seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to results. I love the way I feel at night & the next morning after having stayed on track.

SW - 182.4 - in March 2017
GW - 145- smashed this about 2 weeks ago. I'm currently trying to figure out my best calorie level to be able to maintain between 144 and 146. I'm pretty happy where I'm at weight wise and have some fitness goals I want to work on over the next 6 months or so. I dipped into the 143's last round...
10/29 - 145.6 - coming in from round 20. I've picked up a lovely fall head cold and haven't been moving much and not eating as well as I should.

10/31 - 146.8 - Over did it a little (ok...maybe a lot) with the Popcorners yesterday...salty and carby is not helping to get rid of this bloat.

Interesting (in a good way!). I ate about 200 over my goal yesterday, but most of it in a big lunch out, which no doubt meant more sodium. I had no dinner, but a Kind bar and, late in the evening, a cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanutbutter. I more and more find that eating a big lunch (or breakfast, actually) and then nibbling a few hundred calories later works better for me than "normal" meals. Can't do that every day (hard to get the hubster to go for big lunches at home), but it would be interesting to try a full couple of weeks eating that way to see what happens. Anyway, always nice to start a new round with an encouraging drop! Good luck to all of you!

Happy Halloween! It's a scary day with all the goodies around -- I'm allowing myself one small Butterfingers from the trick-or-treat supplies. I plan to nibble and savor it. Otherwise pushing protein, whole-grain carbs, healthy fats, and lots of water. Planning a long walk this afternoon before the rain arrives. Have a great day, all!

@Slimpossible007 did you see my message about ibuprofen? OMG - 40 week wait! Look for Siggi’s Icelandic yogurt. It has more protein than Greek and no preservatives.
@SheilaBoneham I read Drop Dead... on the ship and loved it!
@cjsacto Sometimes I think doctors are clueless! My last one wrote so many inaccurate notes in my record (I can access it online) that it wasn’t even funny. I went to a new one in June and really liked her. I’m interested to see if she says anything about the weight loss!
@SharGetsHealthy Up and down between 155 and 156 for over a month. Frustrating but finally dropping again. Hang in there!
@lbrules Drink AT LEAST 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight. That means close to a gallon a day for you and me.
@cyranda63 Eating healthy fats can keep you satisfied longer. I’m doing Keto and fat bombs are THE BOMB!7 -

just looked back and found it .. didn't notice it earlier ... I have only recently started taking ibuprofen the hair loss has been going on longer .. but noted I never check side effects

Round 20 was a definite challenge, pulling me out of my comfort zone. Hoping to get back on track this round and focus on the daily weigh-in the next morning when I am tempted to go off the rails. Loving this accountability.
10/30: 165 Good day yesterday; got a run in and drank my water. Having trouble tracking, though. I get lazy by dinnertime and don't finish out the day.
10/31: 164.5 managed to finish tracking yesterday. Got in a walk with the dog and 30 minutes on my elliptical at home. My DH took apart the elliptical, cleaned it, fixed the fan so it works again... nice for those cold mornings when I don't want to drive to the gym...

11/1 - 98.4kg Im feeling very bloated today. No exercise yesterday and i ate more chocolate & bread then i should have. One thing about eating bad foods like chocolate i notice the next morning not only do i feel bloated but my face is always bigger too (the dreaded double chin)
