I am in! So far I have lost 58 pounds, gained 14 back. Since June of 2016. I haven't given up yet, just finding it hard to stay on track. Hoping this will help keep me accountable.

Round 20 was a definite challenge, pulling me out of my comfort zone. Hoping to get back on track this round and focus on the daily weigh-in the next morning when I am tempted to go off the rails. Loving this accountability.
10/30: 165 Good day yesterday; got a run in and drank my water. Having trouble tracking, though. I get lazy by dinnertime and don't finish out the day.
10/31: 164.5 managed to finish tracking yesterday. Got in a walk with the dog and 30 minutes on my elliptical at home. My DH took apart the elliptical, cleaned it, fixed the fan so it works again... nice for those cold mornings when I don't want to drive to the gym...

I skipped the last one so ready to get back into it. I would love to lose 2kg in this time so i can officially say ive lost 10kg.

10/30 - 98.4kg Monday today Im well ahead of the rest of you since im NZ time.
10/31 - 97.8kg I did 20 minutes on the elliptical today. Trying to slowly increase my exercise every day.
11/1 - 98.4kg Im feeling very bloated today. No exercise yesterday and i ate more chocolate & bread then i should have. One thing about eating bad foods like chocolate i notice the next morning not only do i feel bloated but my face is always bigger too (the dreaded double chin)

Round 20 was my first challenge, and it definitely kept me accountable. Sssooo, I am pumped and ready to take on Round 21.

10/30 starting weight 162.0 First day of tracking again in quite a while. I know it works....just need to get back to it and start being more active.
10/31 162 Tracked everything yesterday and today….getting back to being accountable again. I was hungry several times today, but resisted for the most part because I knew what I had left for calories and also tried to make good choices when I felt I couldn’t hold out.

I started my weight loss journey at 202lbs, but I started with this group back in Round 8. Then, I weighed 195 lbs, and as of today, in Round 21, I weigh 170. I also decided to take another step and joined another support group through MFP because with the holidays coming up, I fear that I am going to struggle to be mindful, exercise, and eat healthy. It's a competition where you join Team A (which wants to lose 15 lbs by January 4th) or Team B (which wants to lose 20 lbs by January 4th.) They do weigh ins on Monday's, and since I'm already weighing in for our amazing group here, and I need that extra accountability over the next few months, I joined Team A. If you find yourself in the same boat, it would be nice to see some familiar faces. Last day to join is today. Here's to seeing and sticking in the 160s.

10/30: 158.0 Very happy to see this number again! Not sure what today will bring. Maine got a crazy storm. No power, schools closed, work closed, roads closed, power lines down everywhere! It could be days without power. We have a generator though so hopefully sticking with plan as much as possible!
10/31: 158.0 Still no power and estimates are it might be Saturday before we get it! Our road has at least 6 trees hanging/down on power lines. I was bad last night and consumed too much alcohol. Kicking myself for the hangover today. A good reminder why I don't do that anymore! Back to business tomorrow!

R13 SW: 189.8 - my lowest for R13 was 187.
R14 SW: 187 - lowest was 184.6
Ending weight R15 - 183.6

EW R18: Not sure, I was on vacation at the end of this round and didn't weigh-in. My lowest weight was 180.6
R19 : I flaked out on this round. Didn't eat good at all! I was around 185.

10/31 - 180.8 - I kinda sucked at eating well today. It started off great but then I ended up eating Halloween candy. I was still under calories but my sugar and carb intake was through the roof. And I didn't drink nearly as much water as I normally do. I'm expecting a gain when I step on the scale in the morning. Should only be temporary though!

My goals are to eat 25 grams of fiber per day ,drink my 8 glasses of water ,try my best to stay in my calorie goal and to walk 1 hour for 5 days per week.
