24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - NOVEMBER 2017

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for NOVEMBER. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

Whoa! Walking?! Is everything okay with the bike(s)?
And...I'm back in for at least 24 hours. Need to get back on the exercise wagon as apparently I've been fooling myself into thinking I was "only slacking a bit" when I've got some weeks where I didn't do squat these past few months. No wonder I'm out of shape...er, well, I'm a shape...just not a toned/fit one right now...

October went better than anticipated ... hoping for a good November too! Roughly the same distance/hours as in previous years ... or more. I am finished university for a couple months, so hopefully I will have more time to be active.

I'm in! 24 hour goal for November.
Send me good thoughts? Currently sick and leaving tomorrow for a much-need mini vacation. Plus weather is supposed to be cold and rainy the entire trip, which eliminates the hikes we'd planned. I mean, more time for wine tasting, but I'd like to get some physical activity in on this trip.
November 1: sick AF. slept through gym alarm but wouldn't want to share this cold with my gymfriends anyway
