    I've already put on five pound in October. I will NOT lose my gains! In fact, I'm getting to 150 before 2018. Take that potato chips, ice cream & Diet Coke . . .

    Thanks for the wake up call @MiamiSeoul - I have also put on a lot of weight in October and eaten lots of candy, chocolate and chips/crisps. I AM DEFINITELY IN!!!

    October was definitely not a good month for me, does anyone know if there is a way to print off the challenges, I feel I would do a little better if I could put them on the fridge

    Got home so late & did NOT feel like doing any workout . . . BUT I'M SO HAPPY I DID!

    @Idontcareyoupick sounds right. These challenges are all over the Internet, so the next time you're on the computer, Google the name or web site & you should get the image.

    Just joined today. First thing tomorrow I will do all 3 days for abs, legs, and glutes. Cardio has been 20-40 min medium intensity runs or elliptical. Goodluck everyone! Let's do this

    I'm going to try the "Fit Mommy" workout, although I'm not fit nor a mommy. The cardio will be hard, so I'll figure out some substitute to get my heart rate up. Sprinting is not in my vocabulary right now. I have only 6 weeks until my Italy trip, so 1/2 is better than none. Good luck all...the holiday eating season has unofficially started.

    After an unsuccessful October & going full-steam ahead in November, I can barely walk. My thighs (quads) are punishing me for being lazy/down/inactive last month. I'm dying . . . that is all.
