The last 2 weeks have been manic so posting has been rare.

Last month I broke my longest streak. So my longest streak with no snacking after 7.30pm is now 28 days!!

Unfortunately I snacked on Friday so I won't beat it this month but I'm going to keep the streak going into Demember. Let's see how high it can go....

I'm only counting LNS if it's junk or puts me over my calories for the day. My problem is trying to find something (satisfying) to replace the junk...it's like some weird overwhelming urge hits me after 8pm.. not hungry, just get a bad case of the munchies lol

There was snacking yesterday, but not at night.

I am thinking of extending the no-snack policy to other times of day...it's not like I don't eat enough at meals.
