Here we go again!!
Starting on November 9 - November 18, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 22! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 220 days consecutively!

Let's give it our best 10 days ever! Here comes Thanksgiving (US) followed quickly by Christmas. This will be a trying time for a lot of us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this. Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

HELPFUL POSTING TIP FOR NEWCOMERS:
1) HOW TO FIND/EDIT YOUR PREVIOUS POST.
People do this different ways. There is no "easy" way to find your last post, so many people keep their weigh-ins and comments in Memo or Notes on their phones or computers, then copy and paste into a new post.
Alternatively, you could remember the page or date & time you posted last. Also, MFP will automatically return you to the last post you read in a particular thread, so if you read everyone else's posts first, then post yours and close the thread, you should pop back to your last post.
When you do find your post, "Quote" it, then remove [ quote ] and [ /quote ] in your new message.
(Personally I find the copy/paste from Memo/Notes method to be the simplest!)
2) EMOJIS
Only use the MFP emojis (BBCode) otherwise your post may be cut off. Use the drop down menu on the top right of the reply box or type : then the first letter of the emotion you are looking for (s for smile, l for lol, e for embarrassed, etc.)

The Plan: Lots of water, averaging under 1300 calories per day across the 10 days, moving more (getting back to my yoga practice and dusting off my kettlebells in the house) and keeping my carbs, sodium and alcohol low.Round 19 Stats-

In for 16th round. This last one was the toughest so far due to being thrown off my routine due to work travel and ending up with a small gain for the first time. This challenge really works for me overall though! Thanks for keeping us going!

I am traveling for work for 6 days this round so I plan to be more strict on those days. I'm feeling really good about my new way of eating. The last few months I’ve been following a whole food plant based diet. Not only do I feel great, but my weight has been dropping effortlessly. My goal has been to average 1/2 pound less every round & I’ve been meeting my goals so far. I’m close to my ultimate goal so I don’t expect to lose any faster than that.

Joining again for another round! I’ve fallen off the wagon and I’m hoping this challenge will help me saddle up and stay on track. Went on vacation last week and gained 3lbs, not bad but hoping to get back to 187 by the end of this challenge!

Thank you so much, Cyranda! This challenge has kept me going with no thoughts of quitting. I get so much out of reading everyone’s daily squibs! Thank you all for sharing. And persisting!!
I’ve done 14 of these challenges which is exactly 20 weeks. I started MFP before joining the challenges so there’s no starting whoosh represented here. I’ve been aiming at a 500-calorie per day deficit which would theoretically result in a 1-pound/week loss. From high to low in 20 weeks I’ve lost 24 pounds. I’ll take it! CICO!!

I completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest.7
