    I'm in! 24 hour goal for November.

    November 1: sick AF. slept through gym alarm but wouldn't want to share this cold with my gymfriends anyway
    November 2: sick on vacation. At least there's wine!
    November 3: sick on vacation, but starting to feel better.
    November 4: 105 minutes hiking Watkins Glen. Wx chilly but no rain!
    November 5: 90 minutes walking the Corning Museum & downtown Corning
    November 6: home again and back to work. 50 minutes Spin
    November 7: 60 minutes BodyPump
    WEEK 1: 305 minutes --- 5.1 hours

    November 8: 55 minutes Spin
    November 9
    November 10
    November 11
    November 12
    November 13
    November 14
    WEEK 2: 55 minutes --- 0.9 hours


    TOTAL: 360 / 1,440 minutes --- 6 / 24 hours

    This is definitely harder now that it's dark before I leave work!

    this is the 1st time I ever used an exercise ticker - it said 3 hours yesterday and then I added 2 more hours today and it auto-updated my post from yesterday to say I was at 5 hours of exercise as of yesterday. Not sure how to stop it from doing that. So just to clarify, I was at 3 hours of exercise as of yesterday and added another 2 hours of exercise today: 1.5 hours on the Cybex Elliptical (easy while watching a show about a guy that built this awesome cat play room and cat tree for a lady and her daughter) and then I also did 30 minutes of chest weights.
