I’m on day 10 of a 28-day plank challenge and someone very kind just invited me to this group. You are all very inspiring to me. I had 2 open abdominal surgeries earlier this year, and it feels like a huge accomplishment to be able to do a standard plank for 60 seconds at this point. It’s hard to believe I’ll be able to plank for 4 minutes by day 28! After I finish my challenge, I’m going to try a more difficult one with other types of planks. Thank you for showing me what’s possible in the future!3

I have given my pinched nerve a couple of days rest and it feels much but not totally better. I’ll be hiding here in the shadows for a couple of days. Still need 51:58 but will be happy with less.1
