Total Loss For November ---
Notes: I want to blame the cold I caught for my bout of laziness, but in all honesty it was me. I didn't eat well this week, and skipped out on going to the gym, but that's okay! I'm going to start this week off strong and hopefully finish strong. I'm hoping that by thanksgiving day I am under 150 again!3 -

Can’t wait to reach my goal. It’s hard but I’m determined and I have a graduation ceremony on the 17th November and a Christmas party on the 16th December so I want to feel good on those occasions and look forward to having photos taken rather than dreading it!

Happy Sunday, everyone! Happy belated Veterans Day, and Rememberance Day, and to all veterans among us, thank you for your service!
I am still stuck. I have been gaining and losing the same pound or 2 since the end of September. I'm not doing anything differently than I have been doing for the last 10 1/2 months, that has enabled me to lose 22 or so pounds. I guess I need to change something to get things moving again.
I have pretty much accepted that I won't see ONEderland in 2017.
I have been stuck before but not for this long. Seems like forever.
No time for a pity party, I am still way better off than this time last year, so I need to be mindful of that, and press on.

Average from October 30-November 4th: 210.1
Average from November 5th - November 12th: 209.7

Total Loss for November: - 8.1! This past week I reduced my sodium intake and lost 8 pounds in a week. I am almost at my November goal but the next few weeks will be a test because my husband and I will be out of state from Wednesday-Sunday and then next week is Thanksgiving. We’ll see how the rest of the month goes.2 -

I'm in! I tried the daily weigh-in, but I was too frustrated with no loss or gains. So I think the weekly is better for me. I'll weigh in on Saturdays.

The fact that you gained weight shoud not let you down... keep on trying until you get where you want to be... Never give up... you can do it.

I really appreciate your encouragement, Tramaine, thanks!
I don't do too well with fasting, I am more likely to over eat afterwards. For years I ate one meal a day, and look how that worked out for me
Most days I eat 3 meals, I don't usually snack between meals. Breakfast is usually light, yogurt or whole grain toast. Weekends might be more, but if we have a bigger breakfast we have an early supper and skip lunch, or I have a Boost shake to tide me over.
If I go too long I get the low blood sugar shakes.
I'm sticking to my calorie goals most days and if I go over budget it isn't my much. Last Friday we went to a Grand Opening of a restaurant my friends opened, I have been waiting 9 years for them to get back in the business, so I went over that day. That is exception, not rule.
We are getting into the colder weather so I won't be as busy outside, I need to keep moving. Last winter I walked laps around the warehouse at work before my shift, but these days management don't seem to arrive early to let us in before the workday starts.
I am not giving up. I just wish I was a little closer to goal than I am. My plan was to lose 1 pound per week. I'm about 46 weeks in, only 23 lbs down. Going at half speed. Better than going in reverse!
I record the prediction of MFP on my calendar. When I complete my daily diary and it says if every day was like today, you would weigh...
It is interesting to compare predicted weight with actual weight. MFP is fairly close if I am consistent, but plateaus aren't predicted, nor are they predictable.
The scale yielded a bit today, I will take it!
Jenn
