Round 21 was my first attempt and I learned a lot about my eating habits. I have no goal in mind for only 10 days. I will be happy with any loss after each round. My ultimate goal weight is 170. My main focus is PORTION CONTROL

11/14 139.8 Ok I really need to get a hold of this. Been eating well so I know I’ve got to hit the gym more. Used to do kickboxing but haven’t for over a month due to injury. Put work pants on this morning that I’ve not worn for a year and they feel tight! Trying not to to be to depressed about that as that’s when I eat! What a rollercoaster this bloody weight thing is!!

My goodness, the time slipped up on me! I didn't realize that it was the start of round 22 already! Anyway, I ended this round lighter than I started. So without farther ado, it's on to the next goal! I've got plenty more weight I need to discard! To say I lost it indicates it was a mistake, but when I say I discarded it, everyone knows I did it on purpose!

Got on up this morning and went to exercise. Changing up my routine to include the elliptical. I want to start weight training, but I think that will me one of my targets for the New Year! If I can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas and still come out no more than 205 lbs., I will consider it a super victory! That's my plan anyway! Got to increase the exercise; that's for sure!

Didn't realize I forgot to post my weight yesterday; spent the last hour looking for yesterday's post to copy! Took me a while of going back and forth to realize it just wasn't there!
I've never done that before. I worked yesterday, and it's been a while since I worked on a Saturday. I will start on my 2 week vacation on the 19th, so I've been trying to make a little extra spending money! 
Will be working more hours next week too, but not on Saturday!

Had a bad night last night trying to get used to my C-Pap machine! It fit great the first two nights, but last night it was so uncomfortable. I was so tired this morning, I didn't get up until it was almost time for me to go to work. We are really getting busy now - back to back phone calls - and it's not even black Friday yet. Thank God I won't be working Black Friday; I'll still be on vacation.

11/9 - 193.8 Went to the gym for weights yesterday. At least it didn't go back up, maybe I've finally broke my 194 plateau.
11/10 - 193.6 Less salt yesterday. Hope I can keep some discipline over the weekend.
11/11 - 193.4 Avoided snacking most of the day, kind of proud of that. Usually my solo days off are a total snackfest.
11/12 - 193 I was hungry a lot yesterday. But I guess I did okay.
11/13 - 193 Food fair at the gardens yesterday, so surprised it didn't tick up but I'll take it.
11/14 - 192.6 I almost believe I'll see 189 by the end of November.

11/9 - 246.2 - I felt pretty good about yesterday. Got my exercise in, ate within my calories. Glad the scale reflected that!
11/10 - 244.0 - Finally making progress again! Woo!!
11/11 - 243.2 - Got a lot of sleep last night. Trying to get over this cold! Today I'm going to try out some keto recipes to see if that might work for me.
11/12 - 242.0 - Really pleased with the progress I'm making. Maybe I can be in the 230s by the end of this challenge. That would be awesome!
11/13 - 240.2 - Woo! I will be in the 230s, I can feel it!
11/14 - 240.8 - A little bit of gain, but I still pretty good!

My goal is to reach 10% body fat by year end... actually by 12/30 because that is when my Dexa is scheduled. I'm going to list weight and BF% based on my scale, which is going to fluctuate at times as diet changes. On some days - and I know when those are based on diet - it will be inaccurate.

11/9 - 149.6 lbs. - 16.8% - scale is reading higher than actual BF%
11/10 - 148.4 lbs. - 15.9% - scale is still higher than actual BF%, but getting closer to actual
11/11 - 147.2 lbs. - 16.9% - scale is higher than actual BF%, this time not expected
11/12 - 148.6 - 16.8% - scale is still showing higher than actual BF%, still not entirely expected. I have a theory as to what is driving the incorrectly high BF%.
11/13 - 148.6 - 18.5% - Yesterday was a re-feed / glycogen replenishment day. I'm surprised weight did not also increase, but expected BF% to be unreliable. I expect it to remain that way for the next 2-3 days.
11/14 - 147.2 - 16.4% - Depending on whether I eat a lot of fibrous green vegetables today, BF% will either stay pretty stable by tomorrow morning or will decrease. I may find it hard to feel full without lettuce or green beans... but since scale BF% is just artificially high if I eat them and real BF% is not truly much different, I'm probably going to eat greens if I'm hungry anyway.

My first challenge - only saw it yesterday so am starting today instead.
I am also doing weight training twice a week and aiming to lose slow and steady to ensure its fat loss and not muscle loss! Anyway here goes ...
R22 start - 151.4
Target for end of R22 - to be under 150.0
11/9 Went to the gym for an hours GVT session with my PT - my legs and shoulders ache!!
11/10 151.40 - not massively impressed with myself but have to start somewhere...... Good food day planned
11/11 150.00 - WOW! Felt I had a good day yesterday food wise and walked 12,460 on my fitbit and felt i was back on track. Even managed to contain myself at our Brownie camp fire evening and only have a few toasted marshmallows and no full on smores! Under no illusions will carry on losing at this rate but will enjoy the feeling and hopefully it will keep me motivated over the weekend which is always a toughie!
11/12 149.9 - will take that happily! Didn't do much walking today - day doing tasks like housework and ironing - but out for a bike ride today so will sneak in a bacon sarnie as planning a 45 mile ride!
11/13 150.20 - hhhmmm. + 0.30 ???? ended doing a 58 mile road bike ride yesterday too!! Only had a bowl of porridge before the ride, a bacon sarnie at out cafe stop and a flapjack Can only put it down to the fact that I did have a pretty large dinner last night (needed it after my ride) full Sunday roast and included a homemade apple crumble and I don't usually have dessert. Won't let it phase me - a good food day set up for today though and a short 12 mile ride tonight to loosen up my legs - so its all good
11/14 148.00!!! go figure? But very happy! Can't believe how much weight can vary day to day!! Was obviously a big serving of apple crumble on Sunday!! I did do another 12 mile bike ride yesterday evening to loosen up my stiff legs after Sunday. Off to the gym tonight for PT session. Will be more than happy to maintain this weight for a few days and finish off the round at this weight - maybe 147.5??

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years. It's been verrry slow the last couple months plus I ended round 21 higher than I started. Need new incentive.

11/9141.4 No sleep = no exercise yesterday. Today dance plus a senior yoga class. Come on!
11/10 141.8 Dance class and senior yoga yesterday. Feelin' good despite the weight gain from cherry pie someone gave me. Loved every bite, no regrets. today, pool class. I realized I've doing doing this bouncing around this weight ever since my youngest son moved back in with his little boy. I'm spending more time preparing food for them and not enough doing it for me. Need to focus more on my menu as well as theirs.
11/11 141 Can't explain this drop as I ate candy yesterday. But... I did go to gym and pool exercise. Felt so good. Today, elliptical and lunch out. The restaurant specializes in burgers and grilled cheese... I didn't pick it.
11/12 140.4 Yeah! Was tempted to get a sandwich but stuck with a salad and just one glass of wine... We went to an animal welfare fund raiser focused on wine. So happy with this number.
11/13 141 Did quite the workout at the gym yesterday, think muscles are retaining fluid as I ate clean.
11/14 141.6 Went to a 45 dance/exercise class. Got no idea where this number is from.

11/9...........................196.4 after a week of ups and downs (mostly ups) this is a nice surprise.
11/10.........................196.2 after a sluggish morning yesterday, I got up and added about 6000 steps walking the dog. Yay! Hoping to keep on track and get to 195 this round.
11/11.........................195.8 stayed on track yesterday and drank lots of water.
11/12.........................197.2 indulged too much yesterday, and moved too little. also feel dehydrated, so I must have forgotten to drink enough water.
11/13.........................197.0 again, I did not drink enough water, and definitely did not move enough! Back on track today. Checking out fitness blender, after a MFP friend mentioned it in a post. Seems interesting!
11/14.........................195.8 I would like to dedicate this number to the copious amounts of water I drank yesterday, and the many steps I took over my goal.
