    Morning:
I tracked yesterday and was slightly over in my cal/sugar/and protein. However, I made a choice to have Raisin Bran instead of ice cream last night..LOL If I keep practicing...I will get it!!

@trooworld I am so sorry you had such a bad day. It sounds like the movie groundhog day..LOL Hopefully no repeating and today is a great day!! I have one of those phone calls to make..I am putting off as long as I can.

Well here is to each of us keeping our goals and enjoying the day!

cbabie All the little things you are doing like PBfit and Raisin Bran will make a difference. Keep doing them. We don't break bad habits we replace them.

trooworld That phone call is a big weight lifted off your shoulders. Don't you wish it would show up on the scales ;)

OK colonoscopy from hell is done but they want me to repeat it which I'm not. They couldn't get a clean enough right side. Since it's just a baseline and I'm not having any current problems in that area, I'm not redoing it at this time. I do need to eat more fiber so I don't ever have to repeat it.

I'll be glad to get back to exercising normally again. It's been 3 weeks of stitches and treatments.

    Hi guys,

just a quick note. I have had one of those days...I have not even had time to eat. I am getting ready to leave for church right now, but wanted to check in with you. It keeps me accountable.

@trooworld great NSV....I am so proud of you. That is one step you have to get a high 5 for!!!! Every step forward keeps us on the path to health.

Trooworld. What a great NSV you had yesterday. For next time how can you make your cod lunch a little more exciting

Cbabie. I hope you found some time to eat and it wasn’t come home at night and eat ice cream type of things. On those days when you are rushed are the days you need to keep protein bars bag of nuts cheese sticks single serving applesauce cups on hand so you can grab and go.

Daily check in. Food. o:) exercise 30 min walk and LS video water 6 glasses.

    Morning all:

I stayed within goals yesterday! Yea. Today has already been weird, but I think I should be getting used to it..LOL
I didn't get to walk because I had to cook breakfast for 2 hungry teens, later to find out after my shower that my appointment was changed to 1 1/2 hours later due to that person stuck in traffic. Oh well don't throw the baby with the bath water out...keep going.

@trooworld great job on the loss, see you are keeping your good choices in front of you and throwing the bad choices far from your thoughts! Congrats!!!

@theslightedgeforever well I did eat an ice cream cone when I came home from church...,but I tracked!!!

trooworld Woohoo on your loss Your plan is working.

cbabie Yaaaay for achieving your goals. Let the two hungry teens eat cereal or wait for you to finish your exercise. Plan B is buying them frozen waffles they can pop in the toaster oven. French toast sticks. instant oatmeal packets

WW is going to change their plan again. Its already been rolled out in UK

Trooworld. Best way is just to plan ahead and figure out how many cals/carbs you want to eat for the day. I have a higher cal limit anyway for Thursday so it works out well for me. The trick is no seconds.

Daily check in. Over on cals and carbs. Exercise. Day off. 5 glasses water

Trooworld. So print out a paper calendar with big squares on it. Then X out your event days. The rest of those days you need to be OP 100%. No saying I’ll do really good Jan 1. No backpedaling. That’s for all of us. Otherwise we will be losing weight in 2018 that we already lost in 2017. Even maintaining would be good s good goal for the rest of the year

Cbabie. Do I have to send out the hounds

Daily check in. Food o:) exercise none water 2 glasses

cbabie Glad to see you here and tracking plus making good choices.

Hi all! Sorry it’s been a while. I’ve been traveling all over the place (just got back from the Far East) and not only did I not get rid of the lbs I had gained from my last trip, I packed on a few more. I was really bad on this trip... ate without thinking or tracking, didn’t (have time for) exercise, didn’t ensure I drank 8 glasses of water, didn’t check in with the MFP community and just generally went rogue — even starting back on diet soda that I had sworn off of. And I’m paying for it now. Yesterday my weight was 131.2. My original goal was 125, and I had gotten down to 123.2 prior to all the traveling. So I’ve got my work cut out for me. I’m on solid ground now, without any major trips planned so hoping I can get back on track. Yesterday was my first day of tracking. I was under my calorie goal :) , got 5 glasses of water in :| , walked to work :), but was too tired/lazy so I skipped the gym :(. Hoping I can ease my way back into good habits again and shake at least 6 lbs off by the end of the year. It’s so dang hard to stay on track when traveling! At least for me... although I know if I really put my mind to it and tried, I could’ve done better... oh well... weight loss/maintenance is a journey, not a destination. I just had a detour and am getting back on track now!

Hope everyone else is doing great! Have a blessed thanksgiving for those who celebrate!

@trooworld Yes I am ready to eat healthy too!! I turn 60 in 4 weeks and really don't want to be where I am.

@Achagpar. Think of what you did right right traveling and what needs work. Flying long distance especially will add sodium bloat to you so not all the weight you gained is fat. Plus you came home and started right back up again. Now that you have rested a bit you can jump back into the exercise. You got this

Trooworld. I hope your migraine is much better and I see you back at work. Time off is fun isn’t it. How did your haircut turn out

Cbabie. Why do you hate turkey. It’s your best friend on thanksgiving full of protein. Are you feeling any better?

@gemwolf110 hope your thanksgiving was good. How are you doing on your health journey

@trooworld , sorry about the headache...I hate them. It was probably a good thing to just enjoy your Sunday. Sunday is the one day my family knows I do nothing, but church and relax...LOL

@theslightedgeforever Yes I am feeling better, but not perfect. Slept better without so much coughing. LOL

Okay back on the band wagon!!

Hi everyone - I would like to join this thread if that is okay. A little about myself - I am from Aussie, an X-WW where I lost 125 pounds. Unfortunately I have put 80 pounds back on. I have gone through 9 surgeries in the last few years which has severely cramped any weight loss efforts. I am married, work full time, have 2 grandchildren. Would love some daily support - that is the one thing I do miss from WW. :)

Trooworld are you back on track with food and exercise now. I can’t seem to sit through a movie anymore unless I’m at a theater.

Cbabie glad to see you are proceed cautiously with exercise. You dont want to regress

@TrishasTime welcome to the group Wow what a great weight loss. Daily support is so important. How are you faring with the holiday season that is upon us. I’m doing a modified carbohydrate program as I’m prediabetic now and didn’t want to count points and carbs. So now I have a calorie goal and a carb goal. I eat a lot better now than I used to but still a long way to go.

I finally got my bandages off my nose. Now tomorrow we’ll see if I can become a great makeup artist There is a slight indentation I don’t like but it beats cancer right

Daily check in. Food over cals and carb. Exercise. 15 min walk. Water 4 glasses

    Hi guys,

sorry I didn't get on here earlier..I have slept most the day. I am trying to get back on track, making better choices.

@TrishasTime Welcome!!! We always love to have people join us. I usually get on here most days, but lately it's been hit and miss. I have not been well and fighting depression, but I am on the up swing. Thanks to the ladies in this group.
@theslightedgeforever glad you got your bandages off and the cancer is gone..YEA
@trooworld Sorry you had the scare, I am so glad my DH is my mechanic...I am so glad you get on here everyday, I am so glad you are on here!!!

Trooworld. I laughed at your comment to Trisha. When she asked to join the group I thought oh good Troo will have someone to talk to :# Yeah on eating good. That’s more than half the battle I think. I’m glad you got back to the garage safely.

Cbabie. Hope you are feeling better soon and get your strength back.

I made some kobacha squash last night in my air fryer. Yummy. It turned out like potato wedges. Still not crispy like I thought but it was my first time using the fryer and I have no idea what I was doing. Lol. 40 cals per c and 9 carbs. A cup of cubed potatoes has 95 cals and 28 carbs I could substitute that in my potato recipes. Then I had fajitas without the tortilla. I cut up some cantaloupe but forgot to put it on the table. Oh well.

Daily check in. Food o:) exercise 20 min treadmill. Water. 3 glasses

    Morning all
I got in 20 minutes of treadmill I track yesterday and was over calories by 13 so not too bad I'm still feeling weak but I got to keep moving the soundtrack my goal is to lose some weight by my 60th birthday so that won't be done by sitting on my rear end.
@trooworld your dinner sounds delicious I think you'll be fine not going to the gym sometimes we have to make good choices Life Choices practicing is probably more important this week next week you can go back to the gym.
@theslightedgeforever good job on checking on the board it's good to see you here everyday you know it helps keep both of us on track how about posting pictures of your air fryer food so I can see what it looks like.

Trooworld. That’s so true about me coming on here for you. I sometimes think I don’t want you to be lonely. Your chicken breast and beans sound good. I think I’ll do that for dinner tomorrow Tonight I had cauliflower fried rice and chicken wings

Cbabie. You sound like you are getting better. Slow and steady wins the race. Troo is right. The air fryer takes up so much space. I still need to figure out how to use it more. I think I’ll go look at Instagram. I heard you can cut up corn tortillas into small triangles and put them in there and make tortilla chips I have a can of nacho cheese in there too. I’ll have to portion in out or I could eat the whole thing. Ooh I’m imagining refried beans on it too. I’ll have to figure out all the calories first so I know how much I can have.

I bought a new squash yesterday. Delicata squash

Morning all: I just realized I didn't post yesterday. Sorry about that. My day was crazy and my routine was interrupted. I am totally a routine person. UGH...So I did good the day before, but last night was a disaster!!! However, I will not let that stop me from moving forward.

@trooworld Sorry about your gain, since you know what caused it you are good. My mom always said forewarned is forearmed...LOL Yea I used to have a lunch partner, then when she retired, I started eating by myself, but then I found that I would just run eat and go back to work, so not sure that was healthy either.LOL You will find your right routine and maybe it's time for a new one.

@theslightedgeforever good job on being under carbs. I have been over a little, but last night was probably ALL for the week. :( You seem to be into squash...it's that time of year!!
