Hi all - I haven’t been weighing in as it’s TOM and I’ve learned I always gain about 4lbs. So instead of stepping on the scale I’m going to wait til that’s gone.... which will be thanksgiving day - I expect. So I’ll jump in on 11/23. This is a tough time for all of us. My goal is to stay the same through the weekend. I don’t expect a lose, just no gain. Best to all of you. I am thankful for my mfp buddies!10 -
Can I join? Trying to find more motivation to stick weight loss out this time.

19/11 64.1kg kids party today and visit with in-laws so rubbish food and minimal veg today
20/11 didn't get a chance to weigh in. Salad for lunch but fish and chips for dinner.

I was really upset and disappointed by my results in the last round. I'm gonna do my best to be MUCH better on this round.

11/19: 293 this oatmeal and banana breakfast sucks!
11/20: 291.8: ate reasonable and got in 30 minutes on the indoor bike. Peeps starting to show up for Thanksgiving so the next several days are gonna be tough.
11/21: 289.2: great day up till dinner. Too much company so fast food for supper. Two pieces of Popeyes chicken and green beans. Portion size was way down for me so it must have worked.

Self-control flew right out the window last challenge and I fell into old habits of reckless eating late at night. That ends NOW! No eating after 9 p.m.!

11/19 251.8 -- One pound less than yesterday. Rather than save calories for evening snacks, I made sure to eat all my calories during the day and finished with supper. I didn’t stay up until the wee hours and I didn’t do any late night post-diary snacking!
11/20 250.2 -- Lowest yet. I will continue getting all calories eaten by the end of supper. If I don’t start to eat after supper I don’t need to figure out how to stop at a time of day (late evening) when I’m least in control of my eating.
11/21 251.0 -- The scale is toying with me.

11/19 258.2 I have been stuck for awhile give or take a couple of pounds. Time to get the needle headed in the right direction again. The holidays are a concern because I typically put on about 10 from Thanksgiving to New years and I can't afford to do that anymore. My goal this year is to actually lose 5 during that span, now thats gonna be a challenge. Have a great round everyone.
11/20 257.1 yay getting ready for Thursday gotta get a couple off because I will gain them back on Turkey day.
11/21 256.8 Prepping for the Thursday feeding, 11000 steps helped a bunch.

11/19 - 185 - lunch with old friend and ribs for dinner. Feel like I made healthy choices so not worried about this gain.
11/20 - 184.2 - moving in the right direction. Introducing alcohol back into my diet slows the process to a crawl. Truly need to get a handle on drinking.
11/21 - 183.4 - Back to my end 22 weight, I feel good but the weight is dropping so slowly, all I want for Christmas is the 170's....

11/20: 158.0 Yikes. I almost decided to not join this round since my rocky start but all the more reason too right?! Coming off from my son's birthday weekend. Cake, pizza, and drinks with family visiting. It was great but now for some serious water retention to get rid of!
11/21: 155.6 bye bye water! Now for a lower number pre-Thanksgiving. Today is my last run before my first 5k on Turkey day. Feeling confident I will run the entire thing which is the only goal I have, oh and to have fun! Heading to my sister's tomorrow which will be difficult. She married into an Italian family....enough said!
