What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I had a goal to hit 1000 miles on the stationary bike this year which should have been easily done even with most of my rides during the summer being outside. The last three months of stress/depression really cut into my exercise time so I need to do 198 miles this month. I can do it!5

To be in the 230lbs club by January 1st.
Currently in the 240lbs club.
Started in the 270lbs club roughly beginning of October.
Numbers numbers numbers lol.

To finally get to 30 lbs down and out of the 150s for good! Currently 151.8 and will be 30 pounds down at 149.10

To maintain 45 minutes on my stationary arm bike. I've just recently increased the time from 30 minutes. The extra 15 minutes is really tough, but worth it in the long run.12

I'd like to officially be out of the 200 lb mark by my birthday on Dec 17th12

I am trying to get back in the groove but i am having a hard hard time. Tomorrow I have to weigh myself, get 5000steps and 6 glasses of water. I need someone to keep me on track.4

Goal set 10/22/17:Start 2018 in Onederland.
SW 225, CW 211. Libra says I'm on track for mid December.
I'm trying not to look too far ahead, but rather focus on making choices each day that get me closer to my goals.
Bam! 199.7 this morning. Wasn't expecting this for a few more days (and will feel more real when my trend weight makes it under 200, too), but this was pretty freaking awesome.
Next mini goals:
-Make it through a week of work travel without gaining.
-197 makes me no longer obese. I'm coming for you!23 -

All my adult life ive never weighed myself at under 12st 6 , 5'6 , august 16 th i weighed in at 13st 11lbs and im now 12st 8lbs and hoing for 12stone which i never ever thought i could.....but i will get it and i will see 11stone on my scales..i will6

When I weigh myself tomorrow I’ll have lost my first 10 kg and then it’ll be only 6 kg until I’m under 100 kg again. I haven’t been under 100 kg in five years!
I also bought a new shirt for a Christmas party about a month ago, it was a bit snug back then so I’m looking forward to it being a bit looser this week at the party7 -

New mini goal: to get my average pace below 13 minutes/mile (last time was 14:06, today was 13:11)4

Mine isn't a weight goal, I just want to be able to ride faster at a higher tension during Les Mills RPM.3

I've been through a few months of losing control, gaining weight, and then attempting to regain control with trepidation. I'm now 7 consecutive days in control and on target with calories and my mini-goal is to regain the milestone of a 100 lb loss. I have 8 lb to go.11

My new mini goal started on November 24th and runs through 1 Jan, 2018. I want to weigh 249.8 to start the new year. On Nov. 24th I weighed 259.7, less than 10lbs to go.3

Do my strength training routine 3 times a week EVERY week! Do my cardio routine 3 times a week EVERY week! Have one complete rest day EVERY week!
Basically to be consistent with my workout routine for once in my life!! If I can do that then everything else will fall into place.6 -

Originally my goal was to be 217 by Christmas but I don't think that will happen. Thanksgiving, holiday parties, and holiday baking got the better of me so I'm shooting for 221 which will be 60lbs lost! We're visiting family that I haven't seen in almost a year and I can't wait to see the look on my dad's face when I tell him I've lost 60 pounds.12

get to (or under) 208lbs and/or 38" waist by Christmas. Somewhat doable, but also a bit of a challenge considering the holiday season. After that it's fit into my cute leather jacket by spring!7

To be under 200 lbs by my sister’s wedding Jan 6th 11lbs to go so it’s a lofty goal especially over the holiday but I find having an ambitious goal helps me stay on track even if I don’t make it.7

To be honest- paying off my student loans. Soon as they are paid, I will be debt free. I am hoping to have them paid off by the new year.
A close second is to lose weight and bring my BMI down to a proper level. I need more energy and better health. I am going to be intense for the next few months to accomplish this, Insha'Allah.16 -
Losing the 4 lbs I've put on since August. I was at maintenance, but it's creeping up.
I first got to maintenance 4 years ago and I've only varied by a few pounds. Got to nip this gain in the bud!6 -
To get to 249 LOL out of those 250's. Then my Hubby says he will do whatever I want him to. I am thinking deep clean that Oven.

Making it to the gym 7 days in a row.
I'm not weighing myself, just measurements. If i can get my butt and waist back into the forties before xmas, i'll be very happy.7 -

I'm aiming to use the 5th extra hole I punched in my belt before Christmas (currently on the 4th). Then I could securely tuck the tail of the belt into the side loop of my pants. I could just buy a new belt, but where is the fun in that?9

My mini goal is to get to the same weight I was last time I was on MFP before I let it all slip and put everything back on plus 1lb. I have 15lb to go.
This is literally my same goal. That would be to get back to "me" abput 3 years and more than 20 pounds...but I know we can do it!!3
