    @quiltingjaine Yes, the key work. Or, "release" if you prefer.

    The toughest part is that, in order to make my goal of 10% BF, I am losing fat plenty fast and lean mass even faster (I think). If this keeps up, I will lose ground and fail to reach that goal simply because of the percentage. I've been considering over the past week or 2 about how to substantially increase lean mass in a short time at the end, if needed. Guess what one of those potential methods would be...

    11/29 - 155.4 ... (16,300 steps) Slept well, packed my lunch, but not sure what dinner plans will be.
    11/30 - 154.5 ... (14.790 steps) So my Grandmother passed away this morning, she was almost 95. I remember her laugh the most, she was always so happy to see us, always in a good mood. She had dementia the last 10 years or so and her quality of life wasn't very good lately. I hadn't seen her in some time, but would often think of her. I will miss her.... I love you Grandma xoxo.
    12/1 - 156.5... Too many sweets with tea and a little stress. Not really worried.

    12/4 - 160.3 ... Yesterday I did my first ever 5k race. I ran it in 36:49, I'm pretty happy with that number as I kinda stopped training for the run. It's a fun run called the Cinnamon Bun Fun Run and they give you a Cinnamon bun after the race, So good. I shared it with SO, who loves them (and me). I ate over cals for the last few days due to Grandma and wanted to give my body a few extras for the race. SO leaves for work in a couple days, I'll be better at cutting then. Need to see those 5's again.

    12/5 - 160.9 ... Ugggh but I still feel in control.

    11/29- 146.08 A large drop but I'm sure it isn't going to stay. (just yet)
    11/30- 146.3 Cautiously optimistic about the weight loss sticking. I just realized today, I am right about a pound over the top "healthy range" bmi. Can't believe I am so close.
    12/01- 146.3 Walked to have coffee with a friend then spent the evening Christmas shopping.

    12/04- 145.86 I have maintained the low weight for several days now, but the next few are going to be difficult since I will be away from home. Weather permitting I will have time to get some walking in, but I will be stuck eating out.

    UPDATE

    First time doing this! I'm newly pregnant and need the accountability to not gain too much too quickly. My goal for this round is to stay at my starting weight.

    Round 24/1

    SW: 156.7

    11/29 - 156.7 Ate healthfully, even though most foods sound terrible right now. Was still able to get some greens and veggies in (which isn't always easy). At the end of the day I caved and ate ice cream and peppermint Jojos (from Trader Joe's). It sounded awesome, but I felt immediately sick afterward. It was a want, definitely not a need for my body--especially since I don't typically eat a lot of sugar. Did a 60 min. circuit workout at the gym. Excited for a new day tomorrow!
    11/30- 156.9 So far, so good. Packed lots of healthy snacks and ginger tea for work. Hoping that the nausea subsides a bit. Planning to go for a 3 mile run on my lunch break.
    12/1 - Daughter's birthday. Good eating choices until the evening. We went out to dinner and I overindulged. Tasted great, but didn't feel awesome later. Had a wonderful workout this morning, though. TRX.
    12/2- Went for a run in the morning. Feeling great today!
    12/3 -159 (sodium catches up to you!) TRX workout.
    12/4 - 155.6 (Strange how much things change on the scale after a good night of sleep). Focusing on drinking water today and making choices to eat whole foods. Had a fun dance party with my kids this evening.
    12/5- 157 Again, scale fluctuation. I don't get it. Feeling pretty confident I can get through this challenge without gaining weight from my SW. Three more days!

    12/4 206.8 No change from yesterday but I’ve been a little whack on my diet. Haven’t cheated nor passed my calories but just haven’t been as organized. Also TOM

    12/5 207 ughhhh but it’s ok it’s that time TOM so it’s not bad. I’m sure it will come right down again. Hmmm... I did eat late last night but I don’t think that would do it. I’m sticking to TOM

    28/11 - 192.4 - R23 was an amazing round, I ate much higher and lost 1 1/2 lbs by average and 2 lbs using my start weight .. hopefully I see any loss this 10 days :)
    CALS IN 1586 ~~ EXERCISE cleaning and a 1 hour walk around Ikea

    29/11 - 193 - TOM has arrived
    CALS IN 1929 ~~ EXERCISE Cleaning and strength 27 mins flex 20 mins

    30/11 - 192.6 - My anti- inflammatory pills have run out and I am back in pain again, next docs appointment is on the 5th ... oh great!!
    CALS IN 1268 ~~ EXERCISE 40 min slow walk ~ 15 min gently cardio and ~13 mins abs (before the pain started)

    01/12 - 192 <<<<<<<<<<< new low - I'm in a lot of pain again since my anti inflammatory pills an out, docs on Tuesday, although I managed over 1 hour of walking I hardly covered any distance, over on cals but I can pull that back over the next 2 days
    CALS IN 2243 ~~ EXERCISE 65 min walk 5 min cardio 1 min strength

    02/12 - 193 - In a lot of pain for most of today so I could only move at a snails pace walking on the spot and cleaning
    CALS IN 1575 ~~ EXERCISE cleaning

    03/12 - 192 still in pain .. done some exercise and was under calories for the day and also brought my weeks avg back to under cals also

    04/12 - 192 -- happy to see these numbers appearing regularly now :) - low cals today (around 1200) went to bed early due to my pain killers making me tired

    05/12 - 191.6 - <<<< NEW LOW - docs appointment today - fingers crossed for an answer

    30/11 - 138.8 - still overeating! Tomorrow is a new month and do I will commit to healthier choices.
    01/12 - 139.4 - 3 weeks of poor choices has wiped out 4 rounds of what felt like hard work. It's going to feel harder loosing it again. I made some good choices today!
    02/12 - 138.8 - I'm glad it wasn't in the 139s
    03/12 -138.4 - I'm determined to lose 2lbs over the next 2 weeks. MOVE MORE EAT LESS
    04/12 - 138.0 - so far so good

    05/12 - 137.0 :smile: moved lots but ate lots as well :(

    11/29 162.8 my new outlook of thinking ahead and planning to hit my goals was motivation today. I took a more challenging yoga class, and ate in a way I’m proud of. My lunches are definitely helping my work flow.
    11/30 163. 4/6. why do leftovers run out and where is my home cook? I am proud of myself for getting off the couch and putting in the effort to walk the dog and move some items downstairs. It was so hard to dig out that energy tonight.
    12/01 160.8. 2/6. Thought I did bad on protein, turns out much the same as always.
    12/02 160ish 3/6. Did not eat enough.
    12/03 166.9 3/6. Over-ate all day to hit said calorie goal with the consequences of having terrible heartburn for the first time. Enough of that! I’m going to eat as much as I’m hungry for and let my body seek out an equilibrium. I’m under average appetite and that’s ok. I’m not starving.

    12/05 163.4 3/6. Medical exam: big concern is with hydration and vitamins over the next few weeks. Woohoo! I have that nailed. Calories can be what my body seeks out, but sugar is to be cut. Will probably bump up the nuts to compensate.
