  • I didn't want to go to the gym today but I forced myself. 30 minutes on the bike along with my walk during my lunch break = awesome! Under calories and water has been drank :)

    Great job everyone!! Keep it up we are doing great! Everyone has done a really good job this week... We have a total of 60 points so far... The total possible this week is 136 points! (10 of that being bonus points!)

    Here is the alternative that Gary posted for the UP and Downs

    AUGUST CHALLENGE: If you have bad knees here is an alternative for the ups and downs exercise. 100 Toe Touches. Stand up straight arms straight above your head. Take your right hand down and touch your left foot. Alternate the left hand to right foot. Stand up Straight that = 1. Do 100 of those and you are set for today.! PUSH YOURSELF TO DO MORE!!! Your big weigh in is right around the corner. Its crunch time people. You are stronger than you believe so go go go go!

    That's a relief. My knees are JACKED. Toe Touches it is, but I'll try a couple of burpees just for good measure.

    my daily report:
    64 oz - done! I expect to get in more, but I wanted to be sure to get it all in before leaving for the evening.
    40 up downs - done!
    50 (added challenge) mountain climbers - done!
    and I threw in some added crunches as well.
    haven't had dinner yet, but I will be under.

    Not sure when I'll be back on, so I wanted to go ahead with my report. Let's go D'Terminators!!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile: :explode:

    40 up and downs, 100 toe touches and 50 mountain climbers done. 64 oz water drank. Considering I'm like net 500 right now I will be under calories. But I am gonna try to eat some more tonight.

    I'm a new addition, so I'm catching up a bit here...
    Monday: Jumping jacks done
    Wednesday: Crunches done
    Thursday's Burpees, etc. done

    Water done all 4 days, but was way over on calories yesterday :(

    What the crap is up with the toe touches and mountain climbers????? Is this extra and why are you doing them??? LOL

    LOL Mtn Climbers are a challenge issued to us by Weapons of Mass Reduction! Toe touches are the alternative to up and downs for people that couldnt do them, but some of us just decided to do them in addition :)
