You guys are so seriously rocking this thing! Way to go teammates! I'm still in "recovery" mode with my bum ankle after Sunday's race but I am hoping to get some walking in tonight. Won't be much but I want to be sure and contribute. Keep up the awesome work :-)

my two long run days are 5miles on Wednesday and 8 miles on Saturday...those would be the days where I will burn the most... just my $.020

I'd go for Saturday too and Thursday and any other day Monday ... maybe ... I changed actually my long run from Sunday to Monday so that I can do it when is double so pleaseeee if is possible don't change, leave Monday there ... ( Saturday is fine too )0
