    12/29 145.1 First cardio workout after minor surgery
    12/30 146.4 after a 63 minute cardio workout in which I drank 40+ oz. of water. Could be prednisone, who knows. Just going with it.

    1/1 146.5 Weight taken middle of day after 2 meals and a workout. Usually weigh myself after early morning workout, before breakfast.
    1/2 143.8 This could be a mistake on the scale. We will see what it shows tomorrow.

    12/29 - 150 - probably going to hover around here the next few days. After a month of thanksgiving, honeymoon, Christmas and new years, I'm pretty OK with a 1.6 lb gain from my lowest. Not going crazy but having a few more treats than usual. Back to my new normal soon though.

    I don't know if you intended for this to happen or not, but thank you. You made me laugh so hard, and I haven't laughed like that in awhile. I also want you to know I am not laughing at you. I truly commend you for trying. That is what mine would probably look like also. I just haven't laughed much since Mom died, and I wanted to share it with you.

    It made me laugh that it made you laugh...that's good medicine.

    Ultimate goal weight is 105 lbs (I am a very slow loser so this may take all of 2018)

    12/29 107.4
    12/30 108.4 too many Calories
    12/31 108.4 too many Calories so can't lose any weight :(
    1/1 107.6 better - hungry :smile:
    1/2 107.4 okay, back to the start. I have not met my Calorie restriction goal yet but have increased my exercise. I will be happy if I maintain 107.4 lbs by the end of this round. My goal is <106.9 by the end of January. I would like to request that the 0.5 lbs comes directly from my belly :wink:

    Good morning Fit Fam!

    I will also be jumping back in (those of you who know me...you get it) as this is my first day back to work after the holidays. I did well for the last week bring out of routine and balancing choices and desires...most of the time, the scale tipped the desires but hey - somehow it balanced out.

    1/2 - 222.5 - Feeling like this is my year. This is my chance to make that change. Boy, it is going to be hard. It is going to have so many moments of dread but I know with dedication, commitment and the occasional day off, I can do this. I have to do this. <hikes up her pants as high as they can go> Here we go!

    1/3 - (Weight above revised as I remembered incorrectly) - 220.7 - Entered today as I stepped off my scale which is apparently supposed to record it for me but something is not connected right. Hmm. Love technology ;)
