    1/4 174.8 saw that if i continue eating this way, in 5 weeks I wont be in the 160’s, so I really need to eat only 1200 calories and walk more. ;)
    1/5 didnt weigh— this week has shown me “good intentions” wont get me to my goal. I may have to accept that round 27 ( my first round here) wont be the loss I “hoped” for. I cant do the same next round. :/ . I still have 2 more days... i’ll do my best. :)

    1/3 • 125 lbs day 2. No gym. But had healthy diet. Low crabs and enough food but not too full
    1/4 • 124.1 lbs. day 3. Wow. Scale down. Body pump for 60 minuets. Stop drinking helps.
    1/5 • 124.3 lbs day 4. Yesterday was a little challenging. But so many people have inspired. Keep strong! Hope today is a better day.

    01/03 - 195.8 Ewww! Wish I had forgotten to weigh today. This is the day I want to forget about this, but really need to post to keep myself honest and aware.
    01/04 - 195.1 Need more fiber, veg, fruit and fluids!
    01/05 - 194.2 The cold weather may be bringing on a cold. Bleagh, hope it's just reaction to the dry air / pollen. Yes, we have yellow pollen already down here in Florida. The past few days freezes should back that off for a few weeks.

    12/30 167.4 stairclimber workout yesterday and tracked foods. Trying to be more committed to tracking daily.
    12/31 168.6 Weight training yesterday snd Chinese late last night so not too surprised by the bump.
    1/1 169.2 days of overundulging have caught up with me. Sigh.

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately.

    1/3- 239.8. Ate well yesterday, but was too scared to go on the scale after the holidays. Soon. here's another crack at this.
    1/4 - 238.4 lbs. Doing well so far. Stayed below 1600 with 6.5 km under my belt.
    1/5 - 238.2 lbs. Unexpected tom (it's 2 weeks early?) so any loss is good.

    12/29 - 12st 7 starting again. I CAN do 10 days in a row... reasonable calories, stronglifts, sleep training the toddler a little
    12/30 - 12st 6.9 oh dear. Late night snacks. On the plus side, did get 1 year old to fall asleep not on the breast or walking around the room. He didn't like it much, even with cuddles!
    12/31 - 12st 7.7 body noticed the extra chocolate then...better behaved today
    1/1 - 12st 7.7 working today 24h not snacking too much so hopefully will lose tomorrow!
    1/2 - 12st 1.0 ok! There goes the water weight
    1/3 - 12st 3.4 And that is the result of alcohol. Late celebration as I was working New Years
    1/4 - 12st 6.1 Arguing and sleep deprivation. Determined that i won't be up every 90 minutes in the night for the next 3 years...
