Happy New Year Middle-Agers! I've been away from this thread for a few weeks, and it's great to see so many new faces. I'm working on my goals for this year, but so far, Operation "Bikini Bod at 50" is underway for 2018!4

49, retired three weeks ago and hit the ground running. Trying to keep a schedule that's early to bed, early to rise, and packed with self improvement. (Just welcomed our third grandchild today btw!)2

59 here boys and girls! Started Keto and Intermittent fasting the second week of August 2017 at 296 pounds. I set a goal to lose 100 pounds by Jan. 01-18. I hit my goal 3 days early (on December 29) As of last Friday I've lost 105 pounds. Being able to track my Macros on this app has helped me immensely! Also back in the gym for the first time in about 30 years lol. Hittin' it about four days a week before or after work and on weekends.5
