    Goal Weight: 115 lbs - Met

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately.

    Goal This Round: Maintain 115 lbs Average

    1/8 • 114 • Played 2 sets of tennis. 1400 cal. 3 servings of alcohol.
    1/9 • 113 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1300 cal
    1/10 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1300 cal
    1/11 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1350 cal
    1/12 • 113 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1200 cal
    1/13 • 112 • Dehydrated today. Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1550 cal. 5 servings of alcohol.

    1/9 - 184.4....Well that's decent!
    1/10 - 185.0....To be expected after my TOPS weigh in (I did lose 2lbs, so all is good)
    1/11 - 183.0....Sick, sick, sick. I have the Flu. No vomiting, just chills & aches (& coughing)
    1/12 - 183.4...Still sick, but feeling better. Achy & coughing.
    1/13 - 184.6....still sick

    It won't be easy, but it will be worth it!

    My ultimate goal is 170lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

    @SheilaBoneham I get my carbs and fiber from cruciferous veggies with butter. Do you use coconut oil or MCTs in your coffee or somewhere else?
