    1/14...143.6 1.5 hours on ellip yesterday and ate sensibly. Now to go that route again.

    1/15...143.6 Another 1.5 on ellip... too cold to head to gym. Maybe today.

    @ehseeker Wow! I don't know how you do an hour and a half on the elliptical, but it sure is working for you! Do you watch a movie, or what, to keep going?
