01/18 = 218.4. I like this number! But I need to be careful. I have a tendency to celebrate on days like this by having mini "fall off the wagon" moments. Going to stay focused!
01/19 = 216.4. Played basketball last night and burned more than 1000 calories. Getting into the groove getting under my calorie goals. Drinking tons of water.
01/20 = 216.8. Stay calm, me. Fluctuations are not an issue. I had 1/2 a beer last night and went out to lunch with co-workers (though didn't do too badly). I'm totally on-track, I just need to keep showing up (being accountable). Basketball in an hour and a half (GOOD!!!), brother-in-law's baby shower all day (ROUGH!!!). I. Can. Do. This. Moderation, listen to my body (re: food/hunger), stay accountable. Breathe.
01/21 = 217.2. Basketball was great. Finally left the gym without my back being sore. Baby shower WAS rough, but I did better than I have in the past (drinking/eating/everything related to parties). Ate all my basketball calories, and then some. But still feeling good and motivated, and still have time to reach my goal for this challenge.

1/21 - 132.6 - yesterday did not workout, emo day. Today so far, had trouble packaging up my granola batch without over-tasting it! OMG. Off to the gym, I GOTTA.

1/18 – loss - my win today is leaving work on time, so I had extra time to make a few different dinners for the next few days to reheat because I know I won't have time to cook for a few days. Probably way too much work for a Thursday but now I have lunches and dinners that are portioned properly and should get me through the weekend. I'm tired but satisfied and greatful for the privilege of time to get this task done.
1/19 – loss - tired.
1/20 – ? - visiting family, no scale. Two birthdays, one slice of cake and no alcohol = win
1/21 – loss - mood cycling low, new goal is to just get through this low and not use food as medication. Greatful for the people who support me.

01/19 - 99 - Not enough steps in because I was slammed with work, drank my water, but ate dinner after 8
01/20 - 98.3 - Woke up too hungry, hit my water but not food, so I expect this to go up again. Biggest stomach ache ever! I don’t know if it’s the stress from work but wow!!
01/21 - 98.9 Yeah up again, but I was good today with steps, water and food mostly (except for that pesky bakery bread!)

01/18 170.1 Completed a challenging yoga class today. It’s doubly hard to have a new body everyday, sometimes I can’t even take standing for granted. Need to quit the ice cream! I didn’t even like it pre-pregnancy. This week and next is supposed to be a big growth spurt, I’m bracing myself already for that challenge. Need to keep stress & food in line to make it through.
01/19 closed an activity today without feeling slightly active. All the stairs at work added up.

01/18: 123.3kg/271.8lbs - Ate at a calorie deficit but rested from the gym last night, weightloss is never really linear so I have no doubt this will drop over the 10 days. Out for a work lunch and cardio tonight after work.
01/19: 122.6kg/270.3lbs - Nice to be falling in the right direction. Heavy cardio session last night, however it seemed like I spent more time cleaning my own sweat off of the machines than I did on them!
01/20: 123.0kg/271.2lbs – I imagine that this weekend will probably be up and down before falling overall, I ate at a calorie deficit but rested from the gym.
01/21: 122.6kg/270.3lbs – Back down again. Prepped all my lunches up until Thursday, however I do need to order some more meat in.
01/22: 122.8kg/270.7lbs – Bubbled up a tiny bit, not sure why but I am eating well and have no doubt I will drop overall. Aim is to be sub 120kg soon, if I could do it within these 10 days I would be ecstatic.
