They changed it a little while back. It now means Woo as in nonsensical beliefs.
There is a thread about it somewhere. The took away awesome and added hugs when they made the change.
Here's the announcement, http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10570889/new-community-reaction-woo#latest
But it was well after this was made that they changed it. Maybe the post edit date.
Ahh. Another post on it. From December.

NSV: accidentally opened the "deadlift" portion of my weight training program app, thinking it was the squats progression, and was able to SQUAT the DEADLIFT weight (110lbs vs 65lbs!!)30

Got my weighted hula- hoop just after Christmas (Never hula-hooped before in my life). Was chagrined to only be able to keep the hoop up for a bit less than 60 seconds. Was even more chagrined that in subsequent tries in the intervening weeks I only was able to keep it going for a max of 45.
Didn’t exercise the past week except walking because I was sick. Picked up the hula hoop again today and kept it up for over 2 minutes. Rest walked around the house and tried again ( spinning the hoop in the opposite- and I assumed more difficult-) direction. Over 4.5 minutes!
My husband won’t be pleased to see the bruising ( which I’m told won’t be a problem when I’m used to hooping) and wow am I sore, but pretty chuffed too!18 -

I'm with you---and I'm from the US. I'm on another board and it is understood that a woo means woo-hoo. I would suggest to the powers that be that instead of woo it be renamed TGTBT Too good to be true!3 -

I think they should replace the woo button with STFU. That would eliminate the confusion31

I forgot a Non-Scale Victory from the other day! I joined in at a meeting of the running club associated with our local Y. It was freezing rain outside so we worked out in the fitness center. The coach was describing the workout (multiple sets of treadmill miles at increasing speeds and strength work) and asked if any of the new people were concerned about being able to complete it, so she could offer a less-intense option. She looked me up and down and said, “Yeah, you’ll be fine.”20

I ran 3.4 miles on Monday! Including a steep-ish hill that was half a mile long! I have tendonitis in my ankle and I stopped running for quite a while. After a year of just ignoring the pain I finally went to physical therapy and started running again. This past summer I started with 10 minutes of 2 rounds: walking 4 minutes/running 1 minute. I've strengthened the weak muscles in my hips and ankles and I've made so much progress I'm ecstatic! I am hoping to run a half marathon in the fall. Something my PT told me I should consider not doing, but I'm up for the challenge13

Apologies for accidentally woo ing you with fat fingers on a small phone.2 -

Lol! I appreciate the apology. I think you can un-woo by just pressing it again.

Officially onto the tightest belt notch. I've been flirting with it for a while, but today is the second full day in the tightest notch.
Sidenote - is it wrong that sometimes I wonder if my belt just finally stretched enough for me to get into that notch?20 -
I just went to the doctor for my physical. My Cholesterol has never been lower. That combined with recommiting to the gym. I have gone every other day for the last 3.5 weeks.14

Why would a site like this use “woo” as a negative? That’s so ridic! So much negativity! Just be happy and supportive. I mean really? Just sayin’18

Went and bought some new clothes since my old ones are baggy and falling off me. XL shirts and size 38 pants! Not where I want to end up, but a heck of a lot better than the 3XL shirts and 44 waist pants I have been wearing.29

This is something I don't get. My body must be shaped weird as I wore 3XL or 4XL shirts, but size 52 pants.
Anyway, congrats.3 -

I had a big gut and wore my pants under the crease in my gut.3 -
I asked my wife about the shirt I'm wearing today. She said "Well, outside of it being a little wrinkled? It's way too big for you!"
This is a shirt I didn't wear because it was too tight over my midsection, so I started the day with little victory and an oversized smile on my face.34 -
I got into 34" waist jeans comfortably today. First time since 1993! I am 6'2" tall.24

I went to a trampoline fitness class this week. I haven't been in a gym of any kind in years, but I had SO much fun I think I'm going to sign up for weekly classes.
Never in a million years did I think I would be someone looking forward to a fitness class!27 -
I HAD to put on a belt with my jeans. I have always worn one because is fashionable. Today I didn't put one on and I was walking through my house pulling my britches up. I had to wear a belt! So exciting!!!17

I started off this diet starting to get into a XXXL shirt size and a size 40 pants. Now I'm noticing my size L shirts are getting loose and my size 34 pants have about 3 inches of extra room now.27

Bought the most awesomest pair of mustard yellow summer pants before Xmas at a sale where I couldn't try them. Came home and sadly wrote them off as an overly ambitious purchase - they would never fit me. Ever. Guess what - they now do!!! Wearing them day in day out. They scales haven't moved that much, but my waistline apparently has. :-)

I've logged in for 20 days in a row (and I've logged everything I've eaten even if it made me cringe lol), woo!29
