    Great progress, I can easily gain 5 lbs overnight but I can't lose it that fast :)

    @UTMom81 I think I would totally puke if I drank that much. In fact, I know I would. If I drink more than a certain amount, I become so nauseous and get horribly sick. I don't know why, but that's a trend I noticed. So, I don't do it anymore. We didn't have snow yesterday, but we had rain that froze due to low temperatures and then sleet. The state wasn't prepared for it. I am on a 2-hour delay today. What grade do you teach?

    @nikki062181 I taught high school Biology and other biological sciences for many, many years. Now I teach teachers! I'm with the district science department. But I still follow a teacher schedule...gotta love snow days!

    Yay! I just got to the 250s, but can’t say I’d mind getting out of them quickly!

    I had a busy day planned for today, but I’ve had to throw the plans out and devote myself to an emergency project. I’ve packed my food, sports bra, and running shoes, so I’m prepped for success!

    Sweet! I had to stay in town last night because of a snowstorm. Ended up hanging out with my awesome mama-in-law and then slept on the couch for 13.5 hours! I definitely caught up on all the sleep I lost this week due to work stress and PMS.

    Bummer! I’m actually wondering if yesterday’s number was a bit off, though. I had used the scale in our town apartment, and now I’m back home using the regular scale. Oh well!
