STRUGGLES and SUCCESSES this week:
Still lots of ice on our walking paths, and some busy work/family days. Nevertheless, Frodo and I went out and racked up some miles - Not bad, considering our couple of extra enforced 'rest' days!
Oh! and the spouse joined us for a walk, so that was nice, too.
Had a lower weight blip for a morning, but it didn't repeat; therefore (in the interests of not setting myself up for failure or disappointment), am going to use today's scale reading for this week's result...
So, yeah: Met my January goal, and am ready to get rolling for February!3 -
