    Today! I'll use everyone's CW for this week and your next check-in will be next Monday (8/15). It'll be a bit more clear once I send the link for the spreadsheet. I'm working on filling it out now with everyone's info. :)

    My sister made the one that appears in my signature for me (running into spring). I can ask her to make us one for this group too. what's the name of our group and does anyone have any ideas for it - especially the monitor of the group?

    Can i just say thank you for setting up this group!!!! I have lost 24 inches since starting this MFP thing, but only 3lbs! I think this will totally motivate me to lose the weight to coincide with the inches!!!!!

    Ok everybody. Here is the link to the Google doc for everyone's stats. I've put in everything I've got so far. If you see something missing for you, just send me a message or post to this thread. I was a bit unclear in the beginning about what I wanted from everyone (bit of a frenzy getting this going- it's my first time heading up a challenge).

    I've put together the spreadsheet for the first 10 weeks. At the end of 10 weeks I'll reformat for the second half. I just figured splitting it into two sheets would be easiest, as it would be a huge webpage otherwise.

    There are some GREAT goals on here and everyone seems really excited. :)

    Here's the link. Just copy/paste into your browser and it should take you directly to the webpage. From there, just bookmark it for future reference. I'll update with all of the additional info that's missing as I get it. Otherwise, it'll be updated on Mondays when everyone sends in their weigh-in info!

    I use a Graphics program to make signature tags... message me with any details if you'd like me to make it.
    (size dimensions, colors (green, red & gold?), holiday theme... etc) =)

    WOOHOO!!!! I'm so excited!! This is my second group challenge ever but the first one with NSV goals. Those two goals I set up have been a secret longing of mine but I've never spoken them out loud. Well, now that I have it must be done! :noway: :bigsmile:

    How does everyone feel about progress pictures? Like take one at somepoint this week and then either monthly/ at the end? I just figured it could possibly help us stay motivated

    Um... I think that's a really good idea. I feel really weird about it... I always like looking at other peoples progress and success pictures, and I would like to be able to do it myself... but I am not comfortable doing that myself right now, in fact the thought is making me a little anxious. Would it be OK if I didn't post pictures? I wish I was brave enough..... but I'm not :cry:

    How about we encourage progress pictures for those that are comfortable. We can just post them in the thread for those that want to.

    I think I might try to post some about halfway through and again at the end. (Unless I'm seeing lots of progress in which case maybe a couple more times than that. ;) )

    For those uncomfortable with pictures, you could post inches lost too. I know for me I've only lost a couple pounds these last few weeks, but have lost 2 inches off my waist as I've kicked up the running and weight lifting.

    Don't feel pressured if you're uncomfortable. Everyone is here to encourage. :)

    I'm getting some forced exercise today. I unexpectedly have to take the bus home, and my bus stop is 2.2 hilly miles away from my office.

    A least it will help with my goal. :)

    No worries! I still think it's a great idea.

    Give me a couple days to digest and I'll probably take some shots for a "before" to be put with some "afters" later. I can't turn down a challenge. :) (Maybe I'll put some up around Halloween and again at Thanksgiving and Christmas?)
