Definitely! I don't eat anything I haven't checked out on MFP first. If anybody watches my diary throughout the day my meals change constantly because I'm constantly adjusting and trying to find the thing that will fit into my day the best.

Added a Big Mac and fries to today's dinner just to show my boss what the calories would be compared to the lunch he bought me (Sushi). Was only there for a minute.

Carrying groceries gets a lot easier, I can now carry three bags per arm whereas before it was 1-2. When dress pants start to fall off it really sucks, so now I’m just buying dresses for work because those will fit longer. So now I dress like a stepford wife.

This is a weird one... but when you're carrying something and you go to unlock the door and you remember your keys are in the pocket on the side you're carrying on, but you can easily reach across your front into your pocket and grab the keys with the opposite hand... for some reason I seem overly fascinated with that one. Or looking down when you're in your car and seeing a lot of room between you and the steering wheel when there used to be a lot of gut in that space. Oh and being able to lift your leg up to tie your shoes instead of having to bend all the way down to the floor. Still, I think I like being able to reach into the opposite pocket the best.

I have a different experience. Yesterday, I was holding my three year old daughter who weights 32 pounds and I decided to hold her up (like a overhead press) and I was surprised at the amount of strength I had. I then decided to throw her up in the air and catch her. It wasn't hard at all! All that strength training is making me stronger

It finally happened. Someone who didn't know fat me commented on how I obviously don't need to worry about gaining any weight...because just look at me.

I knew this situation would eventually arise, but I was still unprepared. I mumbled something about how I had gotten pudgy for a while after having my daughter. Ummm, yeah; try obese. For 2 years (I was "pudgy" pre-pregnancy).

There may come a point where eating out is a chore. Most days, I'd so much rather cook at home than go out.

But that's just me. YMMV.
