I'm back.
I had broken the habit with the support of this thread last year, but those cravings have done me in lately!
So, my goal (once again) is only pre-logged late-night snacks 5/7 nights per week. This allows for snacking on the weekends, which makes sense for me.
Starting tonight!

This was a rough one...around 7:40p I got snacky but didn't give in...I went to sleep whatever works I guess.3 -
I’m so glad I joined this group- something about being held accountable makes a big difference! I literally had the chips in my hand and put them down because I didn’t want to have to write that I missed a night.
