Not plated for prettiness but it's amazing it made it to the plate at all.
Spinach salad with halved zima tomatoes, 2 halved and sliced persian cucumbers, homemade roasted golden and red beets, and 18 year balsamic vinegar. Homemade whole milk poached salmon (with garlic, thyme, dill, fennel seed). Side of roasted cauliflower and roasted kabocha squash.
And pellegrino with a little green kombucha. I earned this today.
my kind of thing! Yummo...I am sure you enjoyed0 -
It has been a long time, but I did these cheesecake ramekins with wine gelees that people loved.0

Dont knock it until you try it. If you make it and then still thing its weird or gross, we can talk
I eat something similar every day. It’s pretty much chicken noodle soup (carrots, celery, onions, noodles, and chicken) but I reduce my stock so when it’s cold it gels up quite firm, and I eat it cold. The egg in yours seems weird to me, but I like eggs, so I think I might try it next time!0 -
My version of a "spring rolls". It's a mixture of sauteed mushrooms, asparagus, chicken, snow peas, and onion wrapped in a softened spring roll, then 'fried' in an air fryer for about eight minutes. Then I make a dipping sauce from rice vinegar, bragg's aminos (or soy sauce), and a bit of sweetener.

We have a Nespresso machine. Just a regular nespresso coffee with one splenda and then I add half and half. It naturally has that foam on top and when you put the half & half in it makes the layers Sooooo good0 -

One of my friends who also lives there, was telling me about this place that was selling all this limited menu for the New Year - and she went on and on about their croissants - one with a red bean filling, etc., so I thought of it when you posted...looks super yum! One more reason to go for a visit...
Yes, there are so many amazing places to eat here in Vancouver I'd be happy to give you some recommendations when you come to visit!0 -

Just realized my pictures are failing to upload from the phone.
My phone is also failing to synchronize with my computer, so I guess it's the phone at fault.
Long way around - upload from phone to Dropbox, download to computer, upload to MFP!!0 -
