Made an ancient grain encrusted fish with fiesta corn and a knorr’s Mexican rice with homemade pico on top of the fish! So good !0

Baked salsa chicken breast, roasted yellow potatoes, mixed frozen (but snazzed up!) veggies. MFP tells me this plate is about 685cal, 60g protein, 27g fat, 5g fiber. All within my limits for today.

I am making Italian sausage soup Going to drain most of the fat out of the sausages before I cook the soup first though. I also usually skim the fat off the top. This is the only clear soup I usually make.0

My boyfriend is making his Potato Soup, which is the best,with bacon,celery,garlic,onions,heavy cream(which is no bueno but that's ok) and chicken broth. We will have a salad along with it.0
