    hey everyone!

    Newbie over here so introductions are in order! My name is Danielle. I'm 29 years old (30 on August 22nd but i'm not acknowledging it until i actually turn 30! haha) I work in PR which consumes a lot of my time. I love spending time with my friends and family - i'm never at home and always out and about. Let's see --- I joined MFP in May 2011 and haven't looked back since. Love this site. Exercise and losing weight is really important to me. I am very committed and I push myself everyday to stay on my game. However, I also know my limits and when to back down. I'm currently in the advanced phase of turbofire and i walk 5 miles a day. With turbofire, I lost 23 lbs in 12 weeks so that leaves me with 37 more pounds to go until I hit my goal. This challenge is awesome!! In terms of food, I don't really cut out anything but i do eat in moderation (always within range) and I'm fairly healthy. My weakness is sugar.

    Anyway, nice to meet you all. I'm excited to join you guys!

    just to clarify - today's workout is swimmer's press? 50 of them? i completely have that in the bag.

    8/9-- Food, Water and 50 swimmer press done. no miles for me today (2nd half of INSANITY is rough!) did i mention its hot here? 7:50pm and still 90 degrees

    Tomorrow is a rest day in my regular exercise routine. I will try my best to get in a few extra team miles, since I should have a little bit more energy.

    "It doesn't matter to me what they do as long as it is a new exercise and keeps them moving for at least 3 - 5 minutes. I'm flexible."
