poached egg on two slices of low calorie toast, or oatmeal with 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and bananas. Before breakfast I have a 16 ounce coffee made with 2 glasses of skim milk and 3 tablespoons of my favorite creamer at the moment.

I have a smoothie every morning. I prep everything so all I have to do in the morning is add ice and blend.

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
    1 cup mango
    1 handful spinach
2 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
    1 tsp Maca Powder
    6-8 ice cups (roughly)

Usually I have 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 olives. Sometimes with an apple. Or I have cottage cheese with pineapple.

Generally coffee with 2-3 tbsp of creamer, and then greek yogurt with fruit a few hours later.

Eggs nearly every day. Boiled when I go to work scrambled when I am at home. Sometimes I'll have spinach in them. I will also have a fruit and some kind of meat.

Nothing. I train about an hour after waking up and there's no way I could eat before that.

    Grits with fat free cheese
    200g Egg whites
4 slices of thick cut bacon
Fit and active white bread, 2 slices. (if you have an aldi around you it's pretty amazing and high in fiber)

    OR
4 to 5 oz of lean ground turkey
    200g of egg white
    grits with full fat cheddar
2 slices of fit and active bread

Also drink a white gridlock, again if you have an aldi around you... I think it's better compared to the white monster AND only 79cents

Both roughly 500 to 600 calories. It's my post morning run meal and pre workout meal.
