I haven't done this before, and I'm probably choosing a bad time to start because I have a 6 day vacation coming up. But I travel a lot and I simply can't use it as an excuse anymore. Since I won't have access to a scale on my vacay, I plan to bring a measuring tape...I'll record weight when I can, and waist circumference every day.

    SW: 191 lbs
    GW: 135 lbs

    Day/Weight/Comment
3/19 - 187 lbs, 37 inches ... stressed out today as I pack (hate packing!), trying not to stress eat.

I like the people in this group. can I stick around a little longer with the goal of maintaining weight and possibly adding back the 10 pounds of muscle I lost during work challenge?

    1988 high school graduation 185-190lbs
    weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
goal = never be over 20% body fat. 12-15% would be great.
    round 33 - start=215lbs end 202lbs
    round 34 - start = 202 end 192.8lbs

3/19 -- 197lbs clothed. final weigh in for work challenge. today will be healthy lunch and a victory 1/2 pound burger with ham, bacon, cheese and all the fixings for dinner at my local watering hole. then back to maintenance grind. goal is set to not be over 20% body fat or over 200#.

thank you for voting to let me stay a bit longer in this group.

Seriously though. The voting thing was a joke. This is an open group, and one of us is TOTALLY on maintenance. You're welcome here forever. I promise. We want to keep up with your progress. And we're proud of you! Enjoy that burger tonight!

@brightresolve - What a great place to be! I can't wait until I get to my "end" goal (might just be a new beginning) and feel a little lost/confused about where to go next.

This is not to minimize what you're feeling. Shifting gears is scary, especially once you get used to doing things a certain way.

What I'm saying is CONGRATULATIONS! Take a moment to give yourself well-earned credit for all your hard work that got you to this point.

@eminater Where do you live? Just curious because you logged your 3/19 weight on 3/18 at 3PM US Pacific time.
