We LOVE LOVE LOVE this one:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 cans of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
And that's it LOL I always make sure to season up the chicken with garlic powder, black pepper and some seasoning salt. It's not super healthy, but my family loves it and it's easy!
Do you cook it on low or high and how many hours? Sounds good and easy.0 -

This is a recipe I found on www.allrecipes.com. It's Chicken Taco Soup and is delicious. You can edit it in order to make it a bit healthier. I indulge when I eat this.
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)
crushed tortilla chips (optional)
*Instead of beer I use low sodium chicken broth and I tend to leave out the chili beans just because I can never seem to find them.
*Instead of using large chicken breasts I buy the smaller chicken strips and set the crock pot to high so that it's done in less time.
*There is a recipe for the taco seasoning if you want to try something different from the packaged kind. It tastes great also.
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Like someone else on here, I've also made my own version of shredded bbq chicken (instead of pork). I use apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and bbq sauce. Smells and tastes great.0 -

Forgot the cooking directions:)
1.Place the onion, chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, and diced tomatoes in a slow cooker. Add taco seasoning, and stir to blend. Lay chicken breasts on top of the mixture, pressing down slightly until just covered by the other ingredients. Set slow cooker for low heat, cover, and cook for 5 hours.
2.Remove chicken breasts from the soup, and allow to cool long enough to be handled. Stir the shredded chicken back into the soup, and continue cooking for 2 hours. Serve topped with shredded Cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips, if desired.0 -
