Breakfast: Bread with turkey
Lunch: Bread with sardines
Dinner: Bread with more turkey and whatever I have in my pantry to make it up to my calorie goal for today.
Drinking a gallon of water for tonight along with protein shakes before heading to the gym tonight.0 -

L- sesame chicken and veggies (home made) with my latte
D- bread and olive oil0 -
Breakfast: oatmeal with a chunk of banana, tbsp. peanut butter & coffee
Lunch: broccoli stir fry with sesame dressing, 2 baked crab wontons
Snacks: fairlife milk, chocolate chip granola bar & a cup of matcha-pear tea
Dinner: chickpea fritter on toast with mayo & pickle, 1/2 orange0 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Onion, tomato, spinach, and feta quiche! So excited for this.
Dinner: Garlic salmon with green beans and baby potatoes
Snacks: Greek yogurt with either strawberries or blackberries, protein shake1 -

Lunch: Mixed green salad with cucumbers and greek yogurt dressing, crackers and cheese and a kirkland protein bar
Snack: apple and a greek 100 yoplait yogurt
Dinner: Ham, cheesy potatoes, steamed brocolli, a strawberry lemon bar

Breakfast: Pumpkin cranberry protein scone
Lunch: Lentil soup, Clif nut butter bar
Dinner: Soba noodles and vegetables with peanut sauce, blueberry lemon protein scone0 -
Breakfast: leftover dilled asparagus, baby carrots, and roasted potatoes from last night's dinner.
Lunch: probably a grilled cheese sandwich, cherry tomatoes, and more carrots.
Dinner: the ham I did not cook last night (oops) with a homemade apricot sauce, more potatoes and vegetables from last night, brownies for dessert (belated Easter).
Snacks: sunflower seeds and, lord help me, Rice Krispie treats -- a pan of those things seems endless!0 -
Breakfast: 2 Bob Evan's breakfast sausage links and a hard boiled egg
Lunch: Honeycrisp apple, string cheese, hard boiled egg and Veggie Sticks
Afternoon snack: baby carrots and Bolthouse Ranch dressing
Dinner: Italian sausage pasta (homemade) and a small salad with Ken's light creamy Caesar dressing1 -
B- couple of eggs (w/ hot sauce .. why didn't anyone tell me this was the best combo in the history of ever?) and my latte
L- skinny chicken parm sammich
D- protein smoothie, bunch of broccoli
S- dry cheerios0 -
Breakfast: Garlic and herb chicken with pasta, carrots + broccoli
Lunch: Leftover chicken from brekkie in a wholewheat tortilla wrap with salad. Two clementines
Snack: Banana (sometimes with a tablespoon of peanut butter depending on how busy the night is)
Dinner: Porridge topped with pomegranate, blueberries & raspberries. Almond milk mocha (homemade).
I work nights, so my schedule is completely backwards!0 -
Breakfast: scrambled egg with Panola hot sauce, multi-grain waffle w/ butter & sugar-free syrup, coffee
Lunch: homemade falafel & tzatziki sauce, steamed asparagus, four Kalamata olives, and 2 pieces Japanese melon candy
Dinner: egg noodles with vegan mushroom gravy, peas, carrots & rosemary. After that I might make 1/2 batch of cookies, cocoa-based with white Ghirardelli chips (we'll probably eat 2 each, freeze the rest)1 -

I'm glad it was good! I have a spinach quiche recipe I used to make often, but haven't in a long time...I am going to dig it out now. Thanks for the reminder.1 -

Lunch = chicken fajita bowl (rinsed black beans, roasted orange and green bell peppers, baked chicken breast dry rubbed with taco seasoning, topped with shredded cheddar), minneola tangelo
Dinner = grilled chicken, steakhouse style steamed green beans
Snacks = unsweetened applesauce0 -

D- BBQ crockpot chicken on a large baked potato, broccoli0 -

Mid-morning: Apple, Hi Fi Bar
Lunch: Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Beetroot, chicken tikka breast
Mid-afternoon: Tea
Dinner: Cheese and vegetable omlette0 -
Breakfast: Cup of coffee with Oatly. Or Tea( Yogi Tea)
Morning snack: Blueberry almond oatmeal cup, Ginger, Avocado ,or Mango
Lunch: Vegetable , Salad mix
Dinner: Vegan Pizza, or Soup.
Snack: Nuts0 -
Breakfast: two soft-boiled eggs, two slices of toast with yogurt butter, asparagus, coffee.
Lunch: leftover ham (SO GOOD), raw baby carrots and sliced tomatoes, broccoli if there's any in the freezer.
Dinner: probably just quick pasta with jarred sauce and steamed green beans.
Snacks: we have an assortment of treats (brownies, Rice Krispie treats, single-serve chip bags) but I'm going to try to stick to popcorn or fruit.0 -
Breakfast: Little Debbie Honey Bun (crappy day at work already and there was a box on the counter); cottage cheese & frozen peaches
Lunch: leftover Skinnytaste dirty rice with shrimp (YUM - https://www.skinnytaste.com/dirty-brown-rice-with-shrimp/)
Dinner: Skinnytaste skillet chicken cordon bleu (https://www.skinnytaste.com/skillet-chicken-cordon-bleu/) and probably a salad
Snacks: Halo, Babybel2 -
Breakfast: Chobani mint chocolate yogurt, coffee
Lunch: taco salad with TVP taco "meat", lettuce, tomato, lots of sautéed onions, peppers, & ranch mixed with salsa as dressing, 1/2 honey mango
Snack: celery sticks & raisins mini box
Dinner: whole pasta primavera from Dominos & Diet Pepsi0 -

Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Leftover quiche with a morningstar sausage
Dinner: Garlic salmon with baby potatos and green beans
Snacks: Greek yogurt with blackberries, protein powder coffee, maybe Halo Top or Ben and Jerry's Moophoria if there's enough calories left over.0 -

Breakfast: 1 soft boiled egg + 1/2 whole wheat English muffin + raspberries
Lunch: 2% cottage cheese + 1/2 whole wheat English muffin + broccoli + 1 pat butter
Dinner: Chicken breast + Brussels sprouts + mushrooms + 2 pats butter
Snacks: apple + Greek yogurt with blueberries + pistachios
Bevs: teas with 5% cream & sweetener + Fresca + water0 -
Breakfast: two warm corn tortillas layered with refried beans and cheese, topped with two eggs over easy and Cholula; sliced tomatoes; iced coffee. This was excellent, but for some reason I could only eat about half.
Lunch: leftover ham with apricot sauce, green salad, baby carrots, maybe a small bag of chips.
Dinner: simple lemon-dill steamed salmon, green beans, and baked potato.
Snacks: I have an assortment but my appetite isn't great today, so maybe none.0 -
Today I began with protein:
1 cup 1% cottage cheese with a little scallion on top
Lunch will be a lightened up version of grilled cheese and my homemade tomato soup
Dinner: pork loin with roasted root veggies and fresh steamed green beans
Snack is Schwans' mini chocolate bars. They're awesome!0 -
Breakfast = pure protein bar, prepackaged container of unsweetened apple sauce
Lunch = black bean and cheese burrito, baked sweet potato fries, tangelo
Dinner = Caesar salad with baked chicken breast and freshly grated Parmesano Reggiano
Snacks = not sure yet, probably veggie straws0 -
Breakfast: Pumpkin spice cranberry protein scone, pecan-sweet potato granola
Lunch: Lentil soup with vegetables, baked potato, Clif nut butter bar
Dinner: Tomato soup with tofu "croutons," Irish soda bread0
