@JennJ323 Tell me more about this Crockpot cheeseburger, please?
I've seen it floating around MFP and on Pinterest, so I decided to try it. I didn't use the crockpot though, just made it on the stove stop.
1 package of ground turkey (20oz)
6oz of Velveeta cheese
2tbsp ketchup
2tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 C chopped white onion
1/4 C chopped dill pickle
salt & pepper
hamburger seasoning (not necessary, I just had it on hand)
Brown turkey, season with s&p and hamburger seasoning, drain. Add Velveeta and stir til melted. Add in ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion, stir to combine. Then I serve it on a hamburger bun. Simple, pretty tasty and only 267 calories per serving (made 5 servings) (before the bun).2 -
