Lunch: taco salad with TVP taco "meat", lettuce, tomato, lots of sautéed onions, peppers, & ranch mixed with salsa as dressing, 1/2 honey mango
Snack: celery sticks & raisins mini box
Dinner: whole pasta primavera from Dominos & Diet Pepsi0 -
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, mixed berries, coffee with creamer
Lunch: Mixed green salad with cucumbers and greek yogurt dressing, crackers and cheese and a kirkland protein bar
Snack: apple and a greek 100 yoplait yogurt
Dinner: Chicken enchilada bake, carrots, Caramel Delite gs cookie
Late Snack: Halo Top0 -
Breakfast: 2 Bob Evan's sausage links and 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: Honeycrip apple, string cheese, Veggie Sticks and 1 hard boiled egg
Afternoon snack: baby carrots & Bolthouse ranch
Dinner: breaded & baked Grouper with tartar sauce, baked french fries and a small side salad with Ken's light creamy Caesar dressing
After dinner snack: maybe some ice cream or a Halo0 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Leftover quiche with a morningstar sausage
Dinner: Garlic salmon with baby potatos and green beans
Snacks: Greek yogurt with blackberries, protein powder coffee, maybe Halo Top or Ben and Jerry's Moophoria if there's enough calories left over.0 -

Breakfast: 1 soft boiled egg + 1/2 whole wheat English muffin + raspberries
Lunch: 2% cottage cheese + 1/2 whole wheat English muffin + broccoli + 1 pat butter
Dinner: Chicken breast + Brussels sprouts + mushrooms + 2 pats butter
Snacks: apple + Greek yogurt with blueberries + pistachios
Bevs: teas with 5% cream & sweetener + Fresca + water0 -
Breakfast: two warm corn tortillas layered with refried beans and cheese, topped with two eggs over easy and Cholula; sliced tomatoes; iced coffee. This was excellent, but for some reason I could only eat about half.
Lunch: leftover ham with apricot sauce, green salad, baby carrots, maybe a small bag of chips.
Dinner: simple lemon-dill steamed salmon, green beans, and baked potato.
Snacks: I have an assortment but my appetite isn't great today, so maybe none.0 -
Today I began with protein:
1 cup 1% cottage cheese with a little scallion on top
Lunch will be a lightened up version of grilled cheese and my homemade tomato soup
Dinner: pork loin with roasted root veggies and fresh steamed green beans
Snack is Schwans' mini chocolate bars. They're awesome!0 -
Breakfast = pure protein bar, prepackaged container of unsweetened apple sauce
Lunch = black bean and cheese burrito, baked sweet potato fries, tangelo
Dinner = Caesar salad with baked chicken breast and freshly grated Parmesano Reggiano
Snacks = not sure yet, probably veggie straws0 -
Breakfast: Pumpkin spice cranberry protein scone, pecan-sweet potato granola
Lunch: Lentil soup with vegetables, baked potato, Clif nut butter bar
Dinner: Tomato soup with tofu "croutons," Irish soda bread0 -
Breakfast: 2 Bob Evans sausage links and 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: Clancy Veggie sticks, a Honeycrisp apple and a small spring mix salad with a sweet vinaigrette dressing
Afternoon snack: baby carrots & Bolthouse Ranch
Dinner: 8-piece chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A and a medium waffle fry (can't wait!)1 -
Breakfast: fried egg with Panola, 1/2 mango, coffee
Lunch: cup of hot & sour soup, lemon chicken (no rice, light on the sauce) & 1 crab Rangoon (Chinese place with my dad, not my choice but I tried to make the best of it)
Dinner: spaghetti bake with TVP "meat", zucchini, onion, tomato sauce & a little mozzarella
I had to log the best I could with lunch and seems like I'm still under on cals but feel very over with all of the sodium so I'm gonna call it good.0 -
Breakfast: Greek yogurt & frozen peaches
Lunch: leftover skinnytaste chicken cordon bleu and a sweet potato
Dinner: skinnytaste crockpost salsa chicken thighs - not sure yet if I'll put it on a salad or on tortilla(s) with lettuce, cheese and maybe some greek yogurt
Snack: Blue Diamond Cinnamon Nut Thins; breyers chocolate mini pint with some ff redi whip

Breakfast: Little slice of coffee cake that was in the office, greek yogurt & frozen peaches
Lunch: leftover crockpot salsa chicken thighs put in a salad of spring mix, shredded cheese, cilantro and some greek yogurt
Dinner: Panera Pick 2: Half Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich and Half Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken and maybe some chips
Snacks: light babybel and a caramel rice cake0 -

Breakfast: An Ole Extreme wellness wrap with roast beef, chicken and cheese plus café bustello and almond creamer
Lunch: Dr. Paengers California Veggie patty, on a wrap, an apple and carrots
Dinner: NO IDEA
Snacks: None at work, maybe resse's eggs at home, again no idea its towards the end of a work week and I'm burned out0 -
Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar & peanut butter. Coffee.
Lunch: huge salad with TVP "taco meat", sautéed peppers & onions, tomatoes & a mix of ranch-salsa as dressing
Dinner: black beans cooked with onions, celery & garlic, piece of cornbread with butter
Snacks: Gala apple, 2 white chip cookies, plain chai tea0 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Leftover veggie pasta bake
Dinner: More leftover pasta bake
Snacks: Not sure yet, probably a small or medium shake from Sonic. It's 1/2 price day and been a rough week.0 -

Lunch: Honeycrisp apple, string cheese, a hard boiled egg and Veggie Straws
Afternoon snack: baby carrots and Bolthouse Ranch
Dinner: 2 beer battered Pollack fillets, baked fries and a small salad with Olive Garden dressing
After dinner snack: TBD probably some ice cream or maybe some cheese, pepperoni and crackers0
