I said it once and I’ll say it again, EVERYTHING I try by this company is DELICIOUS! The lemon chicken enchiladas and the lemon chicken pasta were my two favorites but this one is very very close, too. Anyone here who loves mac & cheese needs to try this, it’s super creamy and flavorful! Be warned - it is spicy! I’ve only seen them at Target but supposedly Shoprite is supposed to sell them, too

So saw this in the Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer and it sounded good and I finally got to go today so I grabbed a couple boxes thinking I could make one and share it with my Mom for Mother’s Day. I’m excited to try it because I snuck a taste of the batter and it was delicious. Not to mention my house smells delicious with it in the oven. It was also very simple to mix up and the icing is super simple also.
Okay once this was baked I was quite disappointed as it left a very bad aftertaste in my mouth that I couldn't get rid of. So sad because I really wanted to love it. I'm going to take the second box back next trip.
They had the vanilla version of this in store the other day to try, it was made as a dump cake with cherry pie filling and was actually very good!1 -

I like the pumpkin one and I think they had a gingerbread one that was really good so I had high hopes. It's not often Trader Joe's lets me down. I'm not sure what caused the aftertaste in this one because I love lemon and Myer lemons in baked goods.2 -

OK, so I can't be the only person who thinks this sounds completely disgusting!
Also noticed these two new cereals on Junkbanter's instagram. They should be in Walmart beginning of June... I have a month to eat all the cereal I just bought to make room for these.... I know I'm going to be addicted o///o
Ooh Golden Oreo! Must. Buy!2 -
I picked up a few Jeni's pints a couple of days ago. Was tempted to get more, but my freezer doesn't have much room left in it, and these were pricey ($12 per pint!). I've only tried samples of most of them so far, but I'll review after I really try the others. I did manage to try the Frosé sorbet though (the most calorie friendly).
I've never actually tried the frosé drink, so I don't know how this compares to that. This was pretty good though. Smooth texture and very fruity, like a berry sorbet. I'm not sure I tasted the rosé that was in it though.
I also tried a few of Jeni's other flavors, from left to right: rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt. Lemon and blueberries frozen yogurt, nectar honeycomb ice cream, and wildberry lavender ice cream. I did get a pint of rainbow buttermilk, so I'll review that later, but the lemon blueberries was delicious. I'm always impressed by Jeni's frozen yogurts as they're the best frozen yogurts I've had. The texture is dense and creamy, almost like ice cream, with refreshing fruit flavors.
I really liked nectar honeycomb, but it is a bit hard to describe. It's sort of like a complex vanilla. The ingredients include ylang ylang, which imparts a complex, slightly floral unique taste. There's also toffee in there.
Wildberry lavender was also quite good. I didn't really detect the lavender, but it was very bright and fruity.1 -
Wow, $12 for a pint?! Yikes. You made me wanna buy it too I just tried Enlightened's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for the first time. I love it! Easily a top five. It's so simple yet addicting. I love all the crunchy chips throughout, although I wish there were more cookie dough pieces!3

@skelterhelter that's on my list.... bought it this week. This is the current status of my freezer not including all the ones I've already eaten! The half ones in front are bananas foster, movie night and mint chip. Lol

Oh my, you lucky girl! I need to stock up while those buy one get one coupons are still valid! How's the Toasted Almond? It's one I'm curious about but afraid to try for some reason lol.

So pricey, but also worth it! The Whole Foods near me sells Jeni's pints for $8.99 or $7.50 when on sale, but they don't have as many interesting flavors (except Churro, which I posted about a couple of pages back). The $12 pints required a special trip on my part...but even their regular pints at Whole Foods are a once in awhile luxury kinda thing!2 -

You HAVE to try toasted almond! For a 240 calorie pint, it’s very delicious. Maybe I’m weird, but it reminds me of amaretto a little. Not really any mix-ins to make it as interesting as some of their other pints, but it’s my 240 pint of choice by them.3 -
@skelterhelter and @hgycta I will maybe try that one tomorrow. Esp if she says it's good! So, my wegmans called me today. They will order me the Marshallow peanut butter and glazed donut since they're available from the warehouse, but... I have to buy all 8 that come in a box of each flavor they order for me. At full price! Hell no. I'm going to talk to the store manager per the frozen food manager and calling corporate tomorrow. According to enlightened, wegmans is supposed to carry these flavors anyway which is why they're available from the warehouse. Lol... I'm a determined woman5

Good! Maybe if enough people request it, they will carry all the flavors all the time! There are so many I wanna try, but my local stores don't carry a full range! Still eyeing Smores and Glazed Donut.2

OMG birthday cake!! I never saw these before, I'll have to get. They look like they would taste like funfetti cupcakes (my childhood favorite).
Here’s a review of them if you want to see it:

Those are the two I also can’t find anywhere - even Wegmans! You’d think they’d make ALL their flavors available, I’m getting so irritated about not finding these!!! >.<0 -

It is getting annoying! I told enlightened so on Facebook. Lol... I'm going to wegmans to talk to the store manager either today or tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens. They might tell you the same thing, they can order it since it's available in their warehouse but you have to buy eight of each flavor. Lol...if you girls lived closer we could split them.3 -

@hgycta Oh, wow, thanks for the tip, I've never heard of this company, but I really need to check them out since I am a sad sack who likes to eat frozen entrees.
@whitpauly I went to the food maker's website, and it looks like the stock varies quite a lot between stores, even in the same chain. Only one Target near me has the mac & cheese, for instance, but all the stores had some breakfast burritos. Might be worth checking out.3 -
Ok so, I talked to the manager at my wegmans today. He said it would be crazy for me to have to buy all the ones that came in a box! He said he will get on it and that coming from a manager it should happen, if the code is there it should be easy to add. Yay! While in the ice cream section I was talking to another woman buying some. She was buying halo top and I talked he into enlightened instead, that's the third time I've done that. Lol. She told me where they had the glazed donut and that it was really good, so I took a ride to the place and added these to my collection today.
