Hi...I'm late to the party but count me in!.
LNS kicked my butt last night so this challenge couldn't have come at a better time..1 -
I guess I need to define success for myself as less than 25 calories of snacking after dinner - a few baby carrots, a pickle or a jello won’t deter me from my goals...
I've done the same thing. If my self-imposed rules about snacking are too rigid, I tend to feel deprived and get discouraged when I don't follow them exactly. That is what happened to me last month. My rule was no eating after dinner and then I found myself eating an apple or a few crackers at bedtime over my calorie count. This month I'm trying to save a few calories, less than 100, for the end of the day and have redefined LNS to be if I go over my calories because of what I eat after dinner. It seems to be working.
