Other Goals: little to no processed sugar! (I am making macaroons for a French project on the 12th, but I plan to have a taste-tester on standby, haha ^-^)
4/8: 146 ^-^ I’m feeling good today; I didn’t really eat much as I had to fly out the door to go to church. I hung out with a friend and was pretty distracted all day, so I didn’t reach my water goal (but also didn't snack!). I made a test batch of macaroons today, and a batch of italian lemon cookies and didn't pick once, hehe. So, I'm feeling very accomplished lol.

4/8: 142.6, started today with coffee, 2 slices of Dave’s Killer Bread (thin slice), 42g of avocado (yes, I am a bit OCD), and a medium hard cooked egg (I’ve got chickens so I eat a lot of eggs)
I’ll update at the end of the day.
Cheers!
Hi jerier!
Welcome back! Bravo for jumping back in!
BTW: I weigh everything, often in grams, too & no OCD here. I like knowing what I’m eating so I can more accurately figure out my maintenance levels in the future!
I also prefer recipes with weights for the ingredients - no measuring cups or finicky measuring spoons! Just plop bowl on scale & tare after each ingredient!! (I do this for my salads too!)
Have a great day!
Maddy
Hi Maddy,
Glad to be back. Thanks for the “atta girl,” too.

4/8 -334.6 - This is a back up to past the starting point again. Plan on sticking to the plan more closely. It's been a rough few days making this number not all that surprising. I hope by sticking to the plan I'll ditch the water weight at least.

Had a good Sunday. Followed my normal routine of driving into town for a beer and lunch/dinner -tritip sandwich.
Skipped the usual processed junk food. Yay!

I'm back. Took a few rounds off because weighing everyday and not seeing the scale move as fast as I thought it should was affecting me mentally. I know that the scale lies, but it was hard to not see the scale move at the rate I thought it should. Regardless of the scale my clothes are fitting looser and I'm getting stronger, so I am doing good.

4/8 139.7 I'm super happy I finally broke 140 this morning. I'm enjoying my fasting routine but slipped up with self control a couple of days last week. Today I get to eat from 10 am to 8 pm. Then I'll start another fasting phase. I'm starting to see some weight loss changes in my body.
