Woo hoo! Heading down again. I didn't do too badly yesterday except for eating sweets at an event, but I logged them truthfully! I did get kind of a bad start today.... I brought good, low carb foods for lunch and then bought a packet of Cheetos from the vending machine.... I forgot about the Monday meeting and it kind of threw me off and made me have to restart my day. I need to learn to not let little things get me off balance.3 -

What an awful week. I just couldn't do it. Felt a little down and then food is the danger.

Just a quick update from me:
I have been doing a fear bit of road and track running, so have not been getting to the gym for a weigh in.
However the cheap home scales have not shown much movement either way -
floating around 82-84kg. (4-6 kg loss for 2018, 15-20kg loss for the past 6 months)
I have been focus on achieving my fitness goal more than the weight of recent.
I'm off overseas on vacation tomorrow, but have running shoes packed. And i will be away from my recent nemesis - the pantry. So plan this to be a positive for my goals.
I will be back home before the end of April, when i will complete the 8km running event I have been doing the training for. After this i plan to re-focus on gym workouts and knock off a few more kg's.
Well done to all those that have been progressing with their 1Lb per week or more, and those that are struggling keep at it, it will happen. I will be slightly behind by the time i return, but know that there is plenty of the year left to get back on track.

Another kilo gone this week.........all my hard work and effort is really paying off. Its not easy to exercise 6 days a week and cut calories....but I do it because I want to finally get rid of this useless fat and have a decent body for swimming in spain, and overall health.
I also do it, because no one else can do it for me.

I did not lose nor gain any weight this week.
I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.

2) ✅ 60k steps. Even though I had no extra time I managed to walk for 5 days. I'm so proud of myself

This Week's Success: 1) I was present and mindful of what I was eating. Did not binge

3) logged most of my meals in MFP. I'm also keeping notes of the exercises I'm doing.

3) in spite of my weight fluctuations and the mental stress it causes, I kept doing what I could do. And I'm happy I did not gave up .

2) walking 10k steps at least 5 days this week ( I injured my knee and it's painful)
3) Drinking 4 liters of water daily (I'm still unable to do that)
