Round 38
Please join us! Starting on 04/18 through 4/27, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 38
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Yaaassss hey @quiltingjaine
Having such a fab round just now can’t wait to see what future rounds hold.
@quiltingjaine I saw your post I think it was yesterday about there always being an occasion and it’s our choice. Well I’ve been invited to a fancy dinner tomorrow which I know would throw me off plan despite any efforts to be good (sodium etc). Truthfully it’s a corporate thing and I don’t really like the people so I rang up to get the set menu and the food is absolutely not what I would choose so I’m NOT GOING! I can enjoy my own company relaxing and not go off plan - or maybe decide to treat myself anyway but with something I actually want to eat! Rather than feeling obliged just because I’ve been invited. Thank you for your inspiring words!
I’m IN for round 38! Let’s do this!9 -

I am following this challenge for a few weeks now.
I decided to join this round .
My name is An, 46 years old.
I lost 15.5 kg's thanks to MFP, but it's going slow (which is not a bad thing, I know ).
I don't have an ultimate goal weight (yet), just trying to lose steady, and enjoying the process of feeling better already, having more energy, and noticing that most of my clothes are getting a bit too big!
OSW: 130 kg
SW: 114,5 kg
GW for this round: lose at least 1 kg.
Other goals; logging accurately, keeping up the exercise (Stationary bike, and walking).

Hi Guys, this is my first round. I just found this challenge today and read through the last round's thread. It looks like a good idea!
My SW was 235 pounds. But I'm actually at 240.5 pounds right now.
I've been logging everyday for the last 3 weeks - mainly to get back into the habit - but I've been going over by 500/1000 calories a day So I guess my goal for the next 10 days is to get closer to my actual goal calorie count.7 -

Round 38 SW: 145lbs
Round 38 GW: 140lbs
I’m Charlotte, nearly 43 yr old New Jersian living in England. Former ballerina, mom to 3 kids, artist and traveler. I am just getting started on my journey back to a solid, strong, capable ball of energy. 5’3” and filled with fluff from an adulthood of eating as if I was burning a monstrous amount of calories in a dance studio. Tracking every calorie when I’m home & trying my best to keep vacations as healthy as possible, while enjoying my time in Europe.

i am in this round and will be trying to drop below 190 instead of maintaining under 200lbs. my diary should be open so take a peek if you would like. I am going back to my limited choice menu.2

I'm pretty sure I've attempted a 10 day challenge in the past. I say attempted because I doubt I finished it. This round comes at a really good time for me as I'm putting more focus on my health and am motivated to drop a few of the pounds I've put on. I CAN do 10 days. 10 days of:
- No sugar
- No yeast (aka bread and alcohol)
- 30 minutes of exercise
- No nuts or chips
- 10k steps
Starting Weight:
Round Goal: -2 pounds
T- 2 (4/16): 159. Morning cardio workout. Lunchtime walk. Walk before dinner. 11,000+ steps. Good eating day.
T-1 (4/17): 158.5. Morning workout.

Starting Weight: 193 (July 2016)
Lowest Weight: 135.4 (March 2018)
Current Weight: 140.7
Goal Weight: Under 140
Had quite a gain on vacation for Round 36 (not sure how much as I didn't weigh for a while), but back on track at the end of Round 37. I originally had a goal of 135-137, but I have realized that under 140 is just fine with my large frame. My biggest challenges are not giving in to overeating "junk" to the point of feeling like garbage after and to continue regular exercise. I feel so much better when I exercise regularly. I need to remember this and not take any more long breaks unless I am on vacation. I took 9 days off for vacation, which I am fine with, BUT did not get right back into good eating and exercise habits once my vacation was over (it took me 10 more days to do that). Next time I take a break for a vacation, it needs to end the day after I get home.
