 Ok! Now that I have "doable" numbers in front of me, I think I can do it. I just want to be out of the 160's again. It's been since Oct, when I was at 153 that I was at my lowest.2

 I will happily share openly 
 I eat clean, non processed food and have a cheat day once a week. I also only eat refined carbs maybe once a week, (this week was a steak house and Saturday and we went to town - I was still full midday sunday! hahaha). I have ditched the gym for the time being about a month ago as found I have too much fat still to lose before I build muscle. I do go to aqua aerobics once a week but that's just for fun really
 I calorie count but more to ensure I am getting enough as sometimes it is hard to get up to 1200 which I have as a minimum with maximum 1350, I eat lots of fruit to get up the calories. I log cheat days and holidays but have what I want - some days can be as high as 4000 cals with alcohol and the sort 
 My diary is open so please feel free to add me and take a peek if you want at how my diet is.
 I also weigh daily but log weekly. This has helped me to learn my body more and also what effect salt and water has.
 I drink about 2-3 litres of water a day.

            The scale may not be where I want it but I'm doing a lot of strength training with my cardio so I know I'm building muscle and losing weight. My workout clothes are fitting differently 
 I logged my goal of 6 workouts for the week which includes: Pilates, Yoga, KT Bell, DB Bell, Resistance Band exercises and Elliptical...best part no knee or back issues!
 I ate within my calorie goal 4 of 7 days so room for improvement!

 April goal weight: Whatever I can reach
 Ultimate GW: 150-160lbs
 April SW: 193.4lbs
 4-8-18: 190lbs
 4-15-18: 187.6lbs
 Total loss so far: 5.8lbs
 This challenge is just the kick in the butt I needed to get the scale moving again in the right direction. Happy to be making progress again. Let’s keep going people!4

Once I got to work my belly started churning and I had to ... well... go. So I may have lost a bit. FOCUS this week on eating better than not, and getting my calories burned UP.

 The final number does not show it,but this last week was a little bit of a struggle. Yes, I logged what I ate and watched what I ate. But then there were these voices reminding me of how well I was doing...what'sthe harm in a little Ice Cream as a treat. I even took a stroll down the frozen foods section...oh you temptress. But I managed to keep to the plan. Yes, I know treats are fine...but I know me and Ice Cream. I can finish a pint just like that. Ultimately, a blood orange and some pistachios worked just fine.
 Moving a lot of my "exercise" outdoors. Went hiking in the hills three times last week. One hike was at over 3mph. These are not strolls. The groups I hike with like move it on these to prepare for the bigger trips.
 Meanwhile, I just changed by MFP settings to lose just 0.5 each week. I am essentially at my original goal for July, and there is time to make the July goal at 0.5 per week. This seems like the right move at the moment. I am getting more active outdoors (yes, MFP should adjust itself based on my logging), but I don't want to come up short in calories while out on a 7 mile hike. Still logging, still ever watchful.

            Just a quick update from yesterdays weigh in..... as I said granddaughter was in town, so we did eat more than usual, ans maybe TMI, but haven't "been" regular. So on advice from a friend, I tried garcinia cambogia ands well, lets just say it had an affect on me, or in me. This morning I weight 223.0. YEAH?!?!0

 Sadly (for me) I already eat very low carb and no soda or sweets - occasional fast food takeout on cheats days
 Whatever did it - take it, celebrate it and build on it

 April Goal: Break Plateau, lower than 195.2
 April is my "Kick it up a notch" month. I'm doing my best to stay focused on not giving up--especially when the scale is not moving, or when I'm fluctuating the same 5 lbs or so.
 Exercise: Lots of hiking if it's not too chilly outside....
 I will take responsibility and say I've been having a slight 'LOVE AFFAIR' with 'Miss Jones Organic Frosting' as of late, and it has reflected my lack of progress. Guilty as charged. Oooh, that frosting is so good--anyway! See what I mean, old habits.
 As the weather (eventually) gets warmer, I can spend more time outside, and that's when I know for sure the weight will begin to drop. Until then, all I'm doing is eating and trying to stay warm...and that can be dangerous!
